Dishes arrived in great packaging. They are beautiful. A little on the heavy side but love the lip on them. I had a problem with a chip on one of the dinner plates. Emailed the company with the email they provide in the box. Mia on the Customer Service Team responded to me very quickly within 24 hours and shipped me out a new plate which I had in 2 days. She was a pleasure to work with. Also gave me the option of a partial refund but I wanted another plate. I would buy again.

My previous dishware was chipped and cracked and broken after a year with these two boys. Or should I say two bulls. So far I'm the only one to break a piece when a cup feel off a hook and feel into a bowl. I'm happy so far and will update next year to pay how much survived these two.

I originally only purchased the pasta bowls because I got tired of using a plate and having pasta falling off of it. They arrived safely packaged and intact. The color and weight of them were better than expected; so much so that I I went and ordered a full set of bowls, large plates and small plates. Last night I convinced my girlfriend that we beeded matching coffee mugs to complete the set so I ordered those last night and they arrived this afternoon! Fast and safe shipping and delivery of a so far top notch product. I’m hoping that the baking dishes eventually come back in stock so I can also order them as well! So far every single price has be great and the color of all of the different dishes match perfectly. If you are on the line about whether to purchase this or not, jump across the line and do it!

Update: I reached out to ArmorArc in hopes that I could purchase a replacement plate from them. This was a Sunday evening and they responded within a couple hours! Very friendly and genuinely concerned for my situation. They offered me a partial refund, but I turned it down, as it didn't make sense to have them pay me back for a plate I broke...and it doesn't replace the plate in my set. I thanked them and moved on. They generously came back with a discount offer on a replacement set, and I will take them up on that. I have not had anymore tragedies with my new set, and I really do love the look and feel of them! I am very impressed with their customer service - Luna in particular. Realistically, I knew I wasn't going to get lucky with an option to purchase one plate, but they were persistent in finding a way to help me out! Original: These delivered this afternoon, and I really love the look! I carefully unpackaged them, washed them, and dried them. As I’m very CAREFULLY trying to stack them in my cabinet one plate at a time, the rim on the bottom of a plate caught the top edge of another plate and it immediately chipped. I am very upset, to say the least. My last set lasted for YEARS and only got replaced because I was ready for something new. Now I have a new set that is already ruined within the first few hours of having it. There is no way these are going to hold up to every day use.

Honestly I fell in love when I found this dishwasher and was even better when I saw it was available for a set of 8 settings. The Color is a bit darker but as stated not all will be the exact color as this is a ceramic set. Was packaged well to prevent from any damage during delivery.
