I wanted to upgrade our dishes to something more sturdy and nice looking, these were perfect. The plates hold a lot due to their flat design and have a nice lip to hold food on the plate. The bowls are deep and also hold a lot. They're super easy to clean by hand, or in the dishwasher. They came very well packaged and no dishes were damaged upon arrival. Overall very satisfied with the quality, good price too.

I had been eyeing this set for a very long time and finally decided to order it and I’m so glad I did! They came fairly quickly and were carefully wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard and foam inserts. I was a little hesitant as the carrier wasn’t that careful with the outside box even though it was marked as fragile, and the box came with several holes and dents from traveling, but the items were very well packaged and were not harmed from the delivery. The items are perfect, quality is fantastic! Beautiful colors. I love that each piece is a little different and unique, it gives the set character! The reactive glaze set is the one I got and it has more gray to it than the beige I thought it was, but I actually love the gray and neutral tones more so it came out exactly as I wanted. I’ve used the set multiple times now and washed them in the dishwasher and quality as held up. The glaze is pretty strong on the product so I believe it when they say it’s scratch and chip resistant. The plates are pretty heavy so there is still a sense of fragility to them as if they were dropped they would absolutely break, so take good care of them and they look like they’ll take good care of you! One of my dinner plates did have a chip in the plate and it looked more like an issue with the glaze bubbling and chipping off a piece. I’d call it a product defect more than anything which I totally understand sometimes happens. I’m not one who typically makes a fuss but I have six people in my family and needed a complete set, so I reached out to customer service and got an instant reply and a replacement product. I can’t thank them enough for the quick and satisfying service! Overall I would absolutely recommend this set to anyone who is on the fence. It’s well worth it and they also have so many other products and I’ll for sure be buying the pasta bowls and mugs next!

We ordered these solely because they are chip resistant. I had ordered dinnerware a few months ago and it chipped almost immediately and that is hand washing. These seem to be very durable and are attractive. I like the lip on the plates and the bowl is a good size which I feel is very important. I believe these will most likely outlive any we have had in the past. Love the color too!

We've had them about a week now and they have washed up in the dishwasher easily and they seem like they will last us as long as our last set (just about 20 years!). I also purchased the pasta bowls, the mugs, and the smaller "cereal" bowls. All in all, great collection.

Update: I reached out to ArmorArc in hopes that I could purchase a replacement plate from them. This was a Sunday evening and they responded within a couple hours! Very friendly and genuinely concerned for my situation. They offered me a partial refund, but I turned it down, as it didn't make sense to have them pay me back for a plate I broke...and it doesn't replace the plate in my set. I thanked them and moved on. They generously came back with a discount offer on a replacement set, and I will take them up on that. I have not had anymore tragedies with my new set, and I really do love the look and feel of them! I am very impressed with their customer service - Luna in particular. Realistically, I knew I wasn't going to get lucky with an option to purchase one plate, but they were persistent in finding a way to help me out! Original: These delivered this afternoon, and I really love the look! I carefully unpackaged them, washed them, and dried them. As I’m very CAREFULLY trying to stack them in my cabinet one plate at a time, the rim on the bottom of a plate caught the top edge of another plate and it immediately chipped. I am very upset, to say the least. My last set lasted for YEARS and only got replaced because I was ready for something new. Now I have a new set that is already ruined within the first few hours of having it. There is no way these are going to hold up to every day use.
