I was very pleased as soon as I opened the box. These plates are even prettier than they look in the pictures. I used them for Thanksgiving and had multiple positive comments about the weight, look and feel of these plates. The edge around the outside keeps food from falling off the side and gives the plates a modern look.

Ordered all the pieces in this line and Bette beautiful! Color is king of khaki, maybe some olive and blue. Really pretty and very happy! The only thing I can figure out is why everything comes in 6 except the bowls?!

We ordered the reactive glaze color and they are a beautiful sage green, just like the picture. We ordered a whole set of these dishes based on the pasta bowls and we love them. The 8.5 inch plates are perfect for breakfast and for dessert, even small dinners. We almost cancelled the order for them when we realized they were the smaller plates, but I’m glad we didn’t because the dinner plates would be too big for some things. The dinner plates are the perfect size for dinner and I love the lip on them. Both plates stack nicely in the dishwasher, too. I wish I had open shelving to display this set! We didn’t have any issues with glaze smears or scratches on any of the plates or bowls that we ordered like other reviewers have. Just make sure you have fingernails when you receive them because the sticker on each plate is a pain to get off!
