Beautiful dishes. A few of the dishes arrived damaged unfortunately. Make sure you follow through with the card inside the box despite what Amazon customer service might say. It is hard to find the right place to contact the manufacturer, just keep trying. They will work with you. The dishes are a nice weight, I love the simple style and shape of the dinnerware. What really drew me to these especially was the desire for pasta bowls and the curved lip on the plates. This is why I chose to go with this design and I chose this color simply because I wanted a service of 8 and could not get it in my preferred color. This I do not regret actually. I’m very happy with these dishes and have chosen to get colorful serving dishes to accent the beauty of the cream color dishes. The terracotta on the bottom is very striking and adds a different texture to the dishes. I’m hopeful they will last a long time. I bought the matching pasta bowls as I mentioned above and I also bought the matching coffee cups. This set was just what I was looking for. They are durable and stylish. I was pleasantly surprised with the fun rim of each piece... they are not uniform which gives them a farmhouse feel. The streamlined design allows for easy stackability and storage. I have washed them several times in the dishwasher and they are easy to clean. Each piece is a good weight and they are easy to handle. The bowls are a bit small but not a deal breaker. I love my new dishes. They are so pretty and big enough for a good portion of food. They are microwave safe I already tried it and it withheld the heat. They have a good weight to them so they feel sturdy and safe. I highly recommend buying them if you are looking into buying new dishes.

I have now ordered in 3 colors. White, blue and gray. I just ordered the gray. I absolutely love the look of these. It’s perfect for my farmhouse styled kitchen and the colors match the color scheme I have of light blues, whites, blacks, and greys. The only thing I would say is that along with the smaller and larger plates- I wish they had smaller and larger bowls. They only come with one size bowl. And I like having the option of larger pasta bowls like I’ve seen in other sets. I absolutely adore the clay pot bottom - although it can be hard to dry with a towel because it’s not smooth. Easy to wash, and the design is subtle but very pretty. The quality seems great (although I just got these so I can’t speak on the longevity). Perfectly sized smaller plates for my pre teen kid who doesn’t eat as much food. Overall I will now have this set in 3 colors- so obviously I’m sold on it! ... show more

These plates are fantastic! The handmade details are truly impressive and add a touch of elegance to the table setting. We’ve put them in the dishwasher without any issues, and microwaved the salad bowl, which warmed up to the touch. However, I would suggest making the soup bowl and salad bowl a bit larger. The soup bowl is quite small, and I measured it, and it can only hold up to 2 cups of liquid, at most. ... show more

At first, I had an issue with one of the plates because it broke the first time I used it in the microwave, even though the product was described as microwave-safe. I was disappointed at the beginning because I really liked the dinnerware set. However, the customer service team handled the situation very professionally. They gave me several options to resolve the issue, responded quickly, and made sure I was happy with the final solution. Not every product comes out perfect, but what really matters is how a company handles the problem, and in this case they did an excellent job.
