These pasta bowls are perfection. The quality and durability is amazing. I love that they are easy to clean and can be used in the dishwasher. I wanted to try some before purchasing the full sets and am happy to say the sets are now on their way!

These bowls arrived carefully packed and none were broken, so I'm happy about that. I got them for a gift for our son who is an avid foodie with discriminating taste, and loves to show off his creations. The really cool thing about them being oven safe is you can actually bake individual cobblers, pot pies, shepherd's pie, dumpling stew, etc., in them, and it makes such a lovely presentation. (Just like I sometimes do at home!:)) You can then literally eat right out of the bowl, which I'm sure he will absolutely love. Similar to what is sometimes served in some wonderful old fashioned diners that I've been in. Hopefully they will hold up well. I will update later on, if there's anything more of interest to report.

We bought these bowls in matte black. They are very pretty and a great addition to our kitchen. I love the hand hewn quality of them, with the undulating edge. For their maiden voyage, we used them for shrimp etouffee. Perfect size for a dinner portion. They were packaged well and were delivered without damage.

When I bought these, I thought were going to be a sort of dark gray with green undertones (my monitor lied) but when I opened the box these are so darn gorgeous I fell in love instantly. The green is stunning and I get compliments from everyone who eats off these. I love to serve beautiful meals in these and because they are more of a bowl plate I can do meals with reductions, sauces and even once a chili. Just an all around fantastic set of plates. I would buy from AmorArc again in an instant!!!

nice plates, very sturdy and dishwasher safe. the curve of the sides is lovely when eating certain foods, i like mine for curry over rice or any sort of stew over rice. the plates are a great size and they stack neatly. i set a target plate next to it for size (sorry its well used lol). my only complaint with this plate is they make a screeching/scratching sound when utensils are used on them (for instance: trying to spoon the last of the rice) and i absolutely cant stand the noise so maybe its a me thing.
