The media could not be loaded. The screen, once installed causes the phone to restart in a constant loop. After start up the home screen may be displayed, it then restarts. I checked my old cracked screen to see if the motherboard or some ribbon was bad, but it worked fined cracked screen and all. I also doubt this is the originalscreen, as the corners are rounded and there's a thick bezel, unlike the original note 10 plus. Works good but the screen display wasn't as full as the original screen display, and the fingerprint can be frustrating as it does work sometimes and won't work some other timees, even after increasing the sensitivity touch. But otherwise a good product.

The screen looks bad. Like 5 years older than note 10 bad. It has curved corners that don't match the original screen. The S pen is very tight. Install is like original
