I'm happy with this screen protector. It went on well and feels satisfyingly smooth to the touch. It rises just a tiny bit above the Deck's plastic face so it's nice and thick, ensuring your screen is safe from scratches and bangs, but touchscreen responsiveness feels identical to me with no issues registering taps or gestures. The protector is cut to fit the Deck's screen precisely, filling about 99.5 percent of its space for an easy fit. I can't speak for anti-glare since my screen wasn't one to begin with, the image looks the same to me. The glass doesn't do much against smudges (any glass screen is going to get smudgy) but it's easily wiped off leaving no scratches behind. Ultimately this was a good deal, I feel more confident moving my Deck around now. The screen was easy to apply with no lasting bubbles and should anything happen to this one I've still got two left. Works like a champ on Steam Deck OLED. Easy to install, has all the necessary items for a nice, dust free installation. Looks great when done, barely tell it's there! You get 3 protectors, and the materials to do 3, in case you mess up, or want a new one later on. Excellent value!!

    • Still holding strong almost 2 years later
I've had one of these screen protectors installed since the Deck arrived in 2022 and the other two have still been sitting in that box to this day. The one I installed has served more than well this entire time with many many hours of gameplay and still has yet to show any noticeable cracks or scratches. The touch screen is fully functional behind this protector with no issues whatsoever. CAUTION: The model I'm reviewing is for the LCD model ONLY. The OLED screen is bigger and will require a different sized protector. Also, if you have an anti-glare screen on your deck, this protector will nullify that coating leaving you with the same glossy look as everyone else without one. You may want to look into an anti-glare screen protector in this case if that bothers you. ... show more

Works like a normal screen protector, nothing too fancy. Had issues installing the first one with smudges underneath, but it comes with 3 and is inexpensive so I wasn't pressed about it.

Very easy install with this product. Had recently went with the Jsaux brand but totally blew the whole installation with both screen protectors that came with the Jsaux brand. Decided to give this brand a chance. First time installation went on near perfect. No bubbles at all. Didn’t quite fit the whole screen perfectly,and that could be my fault, but I am still happy with my handiwork and the item itself. I recently purchased the amFilm screen protector for my Steam Deck and I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with this product. The screen protector fits my device perfectly and was easy to apply without any bubbles or issues. The clarity of the screen protector is excellent, with no loss of color or sharpness in the image. I like that they give you three in the package. But that also tells me they expect the product to fail multiple times, which it did here. I have applied plenty of screen protectors before, but all three attempts resulted in something distracting being stuck under the screen after. I followed the instructions and even did the applies in a small bathroom with a hot shower running for a bit to make sure less dust would be in the air. I ordered a second box to try again, but I shouldn't have to keep ordering the same product playing a game of roulette on getting it to work. ... show more
