Alright, I purchased this watch about seven months ago. I work in healthcare so I wanted to watch for counting steps and some of the other health aspects without having to spend Apple Watch money. After seven months, I’ll give this watch a 4 out of 5. The battery life is not the best and needs to be charged every 2-3 days and the step counter isn’t close to being accurate. For example, I’ll be at 100 steps when I get into my car to drive 15 minutes across town and upon arrival I’ll be at 450 steps. However, all of the other features have seemingly been spot on. For the price and what the watch is this is a great option for a budget friendly smart watch if the above cons won’t make or break this item for you. The face of the watch has been put through the ringer being scraped against things and has no marks on it, the heart rate, sp02, and other health tracking is on par with my vitals when comparing them to the machines at work so kudos on those features. ... show more

I was one of the unlucky ones who didn't receive a charger with this watch and I noticed a LOT of other reviews mentioning this I was lucky enough to have a charger from an old smartwatch that worked on this, not sure if their on here just contact the seller. The battery life sucks you'll be lucky if it lasts you 2 days and if anyone else on here is saying different their lying and it's a fake review I even put mine on low power mode and barely use it and it barely lasted couple days. I'm still giving this watch 3 stars and would've gave it 4 if the charger was included but overall it is a great looking watch doesn't feel cheaply made, the screen is huge and very clear quality picture the watch has as many options as a brand name expensive smart watch even has a few games on it the weather on it is accurate as well as vitals and steps (at least on mine it is) and it comes with a spare watchband so for now I'm keeping mine and do really like it. If you're one of the unlucky ones who doesn't receive a charger go through Amazon to order a replacement watch and they'll send you another at no extra charge just make sure you send them the original back within 30 days or you'll be charged twice! ... show more

    • Not worth it for heart monitor - or much of anything else I purchased it for...

I ordered this primarily for a heart/BP monitor and for a watch that was decent looking to wear. The watch is decent looking to wear, so that's why I gave it 2 stars and not 1 - and why I really wanted to find a reason to keep it, but I returned it. The BP was always way off - that didn't shock me - but even the heart rate was inconsistent and what is reported on the front screen is not even real-time. To get your heart rate you have to go to another menu and let it try for a while and it might come up with something fairly accurate some of the time - then you go back to the main screen and it reports some number for BP that it picked up some time back and stays on that number. The software is supposed to wake the screen up when the wrist is turned - good luck trying to get it to do that - after many tries I got it to do it a couple of times. I didn't pay a lot of attention to the step counter and other exercise functions because that's not what I bought it for, but the step counter did not look accurate from what little I tried that. They put in a count-down timer (which I would have used daily) - the shortest time you can enter is 10 minutes? That's 100% useless. It's completely senseless on a watch with a touch screen - you should be able to input a specific time for that. Also you can't even set the time of day without pairing it to your phone - a huge fail on the software. It's just a shame - this appears to be a decent piece of hardware that is decent looking - but the software is written so poorly that it is unusable for ANY of the functions I bought it for - I really wanted to find an excuse to keep it, but could not. I gave it 3 stars on battery life because I didn't try it long enough to find out and the battery life stated in other reviews seemed pretty good. Maybe some day they will write some software for this that will make this a decent watch for the money, but I'm not going to wait around for that possibility. I'll go back to my $12 watch that isn't as nice looking, but has 17 functions and performs them all correctly. ... show more

If you're looking for a smart watch alternative, this watch looks great and does things most name brand watches do. I purchased this watch about a year ago and havent had any issues until now. The watch was stylish, i could view texts and incoming phone calls, and change up my music. (You cant respond to text or calls through the watch.) I think the pedometer feature didnt work very well or maybe just over counted my steps throughout the day. Overall solid watch for the price. Issue after a year: i had the phone in my pocket while moving stuff around my new house. The screen went dark and no visuals will appear. The watch has plenty of charge and I can see that it is on, it is now unusable though since i cant see anything on the screen. ... show more
