The media could not be loaded. For starters, the customer service is amazing. My product was delivered to the wrong address and they sent me another fireplace stand asap. The product looks great, is sturdy, easy to assemble and IMO looks great. The heater works well. It won't heat up a large room but works to keep the chill away while watching TV. Our sofa is approximately 8ft away. For size reference... TV is a 55" TCL. Definitely recommend this product

The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of shopping around looking for a unit like this at an affordable price and that didn’t look cheap or feel cheap. I found this one with pretty decent reviews, so bit the bullet and purchased it. Waited about a week for it to come in (the tv stand itself and the fireplace shipped separately). It was fairly easy to put together too. Although, they shipped me the wrong color (which I decided to keep) I am very impressed with how nice it looks, how durable it is and the quality of the fire place! It’s very sharp looking, bright and the flames look so realistic. Definitely worth it for the price!

I bought this media console in black. The console arrived very quickly. The box had been badly beaten up, but the console was well protected and there were no broken pieces. All of the pieces and hardware (plus extra hardware) were delivered. The instructions for assembly were detailed with pictures. If the instructions are followed step by step, assembly is easy and straightforward-for the most part. There are areas that could have been aided with pilot holes since there are none. This is especially difficult when attaching the fireplace to the unit. A really long, magnetic philips screwdriver is your best bet- even then it is challenging. We opted to attach the fireplace before attaching the top which was easier than trying to do it after the top is bolted down. There are plenty of wood dowels and cam locks so the unit is probably fairly stable. The top of the unit is actually 64" before attaching the side legs/pieces. The black is not glossy, it is definitely grain exposed farmhouse style black. We did not like the center poles/feet that must be attached for stability. The poles are chrome and ours were dented, we placed the worst one at the back of the unit. We do plan to paint the chrome center feet black because the unit is elevated off the floor and parts of the center chrome feet are visible. The finish seems to nick easily even though we assembled on a carpeted surface. Not awful, but these areas will require a touch up pen. The bottom rail on ours is cut about 1/4" too short leaving a gap between the leg piece and the bottom rail- again not terrible, but it speaks to cheap manufacturing and poor quality control. It is noticeable to us, hopefully guests will not inspect it. This is not a bad piece of furniture and for the price it is ok, but I will probably replace this in the future. Update*** The customer service from this company is 5 big stars. I could not believe that the company reached out to me based on my review and addressed all of the issues I mentioned. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company so committed to customer satisfaction and concerned with product quality improvement. I have changed my initial review from 3 to 4 stars because this company exemplifies what customer care is all about. Thank you Happy Tao!

TV stand and heater arrive in separate packages on different days, so don’t panic if you get one before the other. Amazon only tracked the heater for some reason, but the tv stand arrived the following day. Easy instructions and set up; I did it by myself. I like the adjustable shelf heights (my internet router is tall and I’m able to stand it up). You can change or remove the shelves at any time without having to take the tv stand apart or use tools. The heater/fireplace was a surprisingly nice touch! Adds a luxurious and cozy element to my small living room. I like that if offers the option to have the flames on without turning the heater on - I like the visual! The heat works fine, but you definitely have to be sitting close to it in order to feel it. ****UPDATE***** I left the heater on for an hour and it set off the smoke alarm in my apartment. The maintenance person said it could be the oils in the heater that caused this. Unfortunately, I no longer use the heating feature. I just use the fireplace visuals.

Bought this for my son and he loves it! He said it was easy to put together and it runs great. He has a small 1-bedroom apartment and it heats up the area in no time. Definitely gets the chill out in San Diego when it's cool outside and saves him on his gas bill. His electric bill didn't go up hardly at all either.
