great value for price. it’s sturdy and level, and all the pieces align wonderfully. the fireplace itself pushes out a great deal of heat and warms the downstairs just how i had hoped. it’s a beautiful furniture piece and fits my 65in tv. the pieces themselves are thick and sturdy with 0 wobbling. the remote control works as well. delivery was a little wonky — while it DID arrive early, and i knew it would be two packages like the description mentioned, i did NOT realize it was two different SHIPMENTS. package 2/2 arrived by ups in one day while package 1/2 arrived by FedEx in 3 days. Amazon seems to only track one of these shipments instead of both which showed the whole item as delivered. customer service is fantastic and responsive.

I am so happy with this TV stand! It looks fantastic, and I love the fireplace insert. The color is true to the picture and fits a 50-inch TV nicely. The boxes came one day apart. The directions were straightforward to follow. I was able to build it alone, although it took me some time, and I needed breaks. I installed the fireplace before placing the top of the TV stand because it made it easier to mount the fireplace. The packaging was great, as everything arrived intact. I like that you can have the flame effects without using the heater and vice versa. There are three flame effects, so you can change how dim you want the flames. The heater also has a few options. When I turned on the heater, it had the typical new heater smell, but it cleared up quickly. The remote control is great, so you don't have to get up and is very responsive. The TV stand is well made and seems like it will last a long time. My only complaint is that the wood grain on two of the three shelves runs horizontally while one runs vertically. I wish they would all run in the same direction.

I bought this media console in black. The console arrived very quickly. The box had been badly beaten up, but the console was well protected and there were no broken pieces. All of the pieces and hardware (plus extra hardware) were delivered. The instructions for assembly were detailed with pictures. If the instructions are followed step by step, assembly is easy and straightforward-for the most part. There are areas that could have been aided with pilot holes since there are none. This is especially difficult when attaching the fireplace to the unit. A really long, magnetic philips screwdriver is your best bet- even then it is challenging. We opted to attach the fireplace before attaching the top which was easier than trying to do it after the top is bolted down. There are plenty of wood dowels and cam locks so the unit is probably fairly stable. The top of the unit is actually 64" before attaching the side legs/pieces. The black is not glossy, it is definitely grain exposed farmhouse style black. We did not like the center poles/feet that must be attached for stability. The poles are chrome and ours were dented, we placed the worst one at the back of the unit. We do plan to paint the chrome center feet black because the unit is elevated off the floor and parts of the center chrome feet are visible. The finish seems to nick easily even though we assembled on a carpeted surface. Not awful, but these areas will require a touch up pen. The bottom rail on ours is cut about 1/4" too short leaving a gap between the leg piece and the bottom rail- again not terrible, but it speaks to cheap manufacturing and poor quality control. It is noticeable to us, hopefully guests will not inspect it. This is not a bad piece of furniture and for the price it is ok, but I will probably replace this in the future. Update*** The customer service from this company is 5 big stars. I could not believe that the company reached out to me based on my review and addressed all of the issues I mentioned. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company so committed to customer satisfaction and concerned with product quality improvement. I have changed my initial review from 3 to 4 stars because this company exemplifies what customer care is all about. Thank you Happy Tao!

We love that this is a sturdy, nice looking piece of furniture. It was easy to put together. We are a little disappointed that the fire doesn’t look as realistic as our old one but it is ok. I would recommend this product. It is sturdy and looks nice.

So in love with this entertainment center! I was worried about the color at first because it was lighter than I thought but it looks so good! And pretty easy to put together! However the fireplace was a little hard to screw in so make sure if you have a drill you have a long drill bit. All in all I love you and would recommend

This is a great looking TV stand. It went together easily and quickly. No issues there. But, screwing in the fireplace from the back side is next to impossible without a long screwdriver, or long extension for a drill to screw it in. Now, the fireplace part: looks nice, remote works well, but, even on the high setting this thing barely puts out any heat. I have it in my 12 x 12 living room and with the heat on the high setting, thermostat turned all the way up, and letting it run for hours, you can't even tell that its on. It never gets any warmer in the room. So that is disapointing... That is the main reason I bought this, for the supplemental heat source. Again, disapointed in this. I would have given it a higher rating IF the fireplace put out more heat.

The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of shopping around looking for a unit like this at an affordable price and that didn’t look cheap or feel cheap. I found this one with pretty decent reviews, so bit the bullet and purchased it. Waited about a week for it to come in (the tv stand itself and the fireplace shipped separately). It was fairly easy to put together too. Although, they shipped me the wrong color (which I decided to keep) I am very impressed with how nice it looks, how durable it is and the quality of the fire place! It’s very sharp looking, bright and the flames look so realistic. Definitely worth it for the price!
