After looking around for a decently priced tv stand with an integrated heater/fireplace, we ordered this one, which arrived packaged really well. Unfortunately one of the parts had noticeable damage, and when we reached out to customer service, they immediately shipped a replacement. When that package got misplaced, they sent another one with expedited shipping, which we really appreciated. It takes a long time to put together, but the instructions are easy enough to follow, and the end product is worth it. The gloss finish is nice and uniform throughout, all the parts fit together well, and the ability to adjust the door hinges to get them to line up properly makes it easy to set up just right. Heating and lighting elements all work well, and so far we are happy with what we were able to get for the price!

The media could not be loaded. Takes long to assemble and a lot of the parts don’t align properly. but it was only $300 and at el dorado it’s $3,000 so it’s worth the pain of putting it together. and at the end of the day it turned on and worked and the fireplace has heat and turns different colors. it’s touch screen and looks super modern.

Yes yes yes! Get this ! I absolutely love it! Assembly wasn't bad at all, took about and hour and a half doing this myself. Fireplace is really nice and looks cool! Haven't tried heater aspect yet.
