For the price of this unit, I'm very pleased with it. Assembly was tedious but without problems. It looks just like the photos. I would have given it 5 stars if the logs were more realistic looking but at least they don't try to deceive you in the pictures. What you see is what you get. My husband was able to assemble this on his own without much swearing so that was nice. It's been a nice addition to our bedroom and our cats love the blue light mode. Its good quality for the price and not too heavy.

Difficult trying to reach someone that is not an automated person fireplace only stays on for 15 minutes at a time no longer for the heat aspect of it so it’s almost like it overheats every 15 minutes overall the cabinet was easy to put together but the fireplace itself defective I don’t recommend Says it will heat up to 400sq ft it does not ... show more

First off it came in the time frame, even a day early for both of the boxes ( there are two boxes delivered separately). Once here my ex-husband open it and there wasn't any dents nor scathes on the stand. Assembling took about 1 1/2. He said it was fairly simple to follow the directions. He used mainly a screwdriver. I live in Florida, central Florida, so I am currenting not using the fireplace, but my daughter likes to turn it on to change the color, without the heat being on which I like, did turn on the heat to try it and it does heat up well. Can't wait till the cooler weather comes back to turn it on. Once completed, it looked beautiful and really made my living room feel more homey! I am really happy that I found this. ... show more
