Love this stand. Someone said it took about 2 1/2 hours to put this together and they were right. I worked on it for about 10-15 minutes before my husband took over and I timed him at 2 hours and 18 minutes including small breaks. Looks great and was easy to put together. However, part #12 was received broken in half and I cannot get a response from the seller regarding the issue. The broken part is forward facing and cannot be covered up. Update: company reached out and sent a whole new entertainment Center so I could replace the broken part. I contacted the seller a couple of weeks ago concerning the problem but have received no response to date.
