ORIGINAL REVIEW (rated 1 star): Looks like this shipment comes in two packages, from the research I’ve done. I tried to contact the seller, but have not heard back. The problem is there’s no way to track the second package. Hoping I can get some info from the seller. And then I can change my rating and update my review. Hoping this doesn’t take a long time. One review I read said their package said 1 of 2 and they didn’t receive the second one right away, but I’m worried because my package only said 1 of 1. Really hoping this gets resolved and I can track the entertainment center shipping information. UPDATED REVIEW: I received a response early morning after I sent my questions about the rest of my order. They sent a second tracking number and my second packages arrived shortly after. Like less than 8hrs later. Which was the day after receiving the first package. That being said I built it in 2hrs, by myself. Very easy to put together, just stay organized. It fits perfectly in my little nook, and it looks great! I would definitely recommend this product, just keeping in mind that it does come in to packages and it may not arrive on the same day. The fireplace puts off good heat. And you can turn the heat off and just enjoy the fire. It adds great ambiance to my space. Love it!! ... show more

    • Two person assembly, beautiful in every way

This is heavy on arrival - a 2 person lift. And it really needs 2 people to put together. A know-how friend with power tools assisted (an electric screwdriver or drill is a good idea). I had all the pieces out of the box and ready. It took the two of us a little over 1.5 hours. The instructions are great. This is a large piece, if you take assembly seriously with 2 people it will be easy. Everything arrived in good condition. This is a sturdy, functional, and good looking piece of furniture. The fireplace was easy to connect, easier than the kind with crystals that need to be installed inside the fireplace. This one just works as it is when it arrives. The trade-off is that the it isn't quite as convincing a fire as the crystal-inside type (which are wall mounted or insert stand alone - not combo furniture as this unit is). I needed the multi-use (saves a lot of space), so, I am very happy with my choice. The heater also works great. ... show more

Loved the wood! The color is so rich and the most sturdy piece I've looked at. Got something from Wayfair sent it right back it was junk and pics are deciving. I do want to add though that there is no insurance offered on here where I always buy insurance for any kind of electronic or electric product and I did contact Amazon about it and they are reaching out to the manufacturer to see if I can purchase an insurance plan if not and the fireplace with its beautiful colors decide to go out or the heat doesn't work when I need it I will be screwed so I updated my review to include the insurance info so you may want to check into this. I am now waiting to hear back Amazon said they would contact the manufacturer if insurance is available. As beautiful as this is I would not have purchased it if I couldn't get insurance because if that fireplace decides to break in some way I'm out of luck I would have definitely looked for another model in another company so I will update if I hear from them in a positive way I will update if I hear from them and then negative way but aside from that the furniture itself is a beautiful piece of furniture. ... show more

We have areal fireplace in our family room and needed a tv stand for the living room. A family member had something like this in their living room and we thought it would be perfect. We searched and searched until we found this one that looked like it would match our furniture in the room. It looks great in there and is tall enough to put the tv at a good height. My only nitpick really is that it’s particle board, so it will scratch easily. I highly recommend putting something thin down under the doors while installing them. If they drag on the bottom, they will scratch the surface, exposing the light color underneath. This happened to me so I bought some wood touch up markers and just colored the spots. So if you plan on setting things on this, make sure you put something under them, like the tv, for example. Get come contact paper or a cloth napkin or something to protect the surface. The heat works quite well and it looks nice. We like that you can choose different flame colors from orange/red to blue or a mix of both, which looks the most realistic. It’s kind of cheesy, you can tell it’s not real. But it still creates an ambiance. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT hesitate to buy this item, if you are in the market for it!! I put it together by myself (I do love putting things together!), with my power tools. My power tools made screwing everything in go soo much faster. There are a lot of pieces to put together, but the instructions were fairly easy. Everything arrived on time and together. It was packaged very well with the most sturdy of items to ensure that nothing was dented or broken. I loved the extra brackets included to ensure the sturdiness of the stand. The only time I needed someone, was when I asked my sons to move it to its final place. I love the remote that comes with it, the heat settings are awesome. The colors are beautiful when it's on.
