My husband & I can’t be happier it was some trial & errors but we got it done my husband try to beat the time of all the others that said it would take hours to put together but that was an epic fail. Haha listen this was kinda out of our handy work expertise lol but we eventually got it and unfortunately it did take us two days to finish ugh only because we had work and we did start later in the day so I’d say if we had a early start we may have gotten it done the same day but over all it wasn’t to bad just know you should go into this with practice and the willingness to start over or at least fix mistakes if you make any we both are not natural builders but we both have the determination to get it done and of course make sure we are doing it the right way. So with all that being said we got it done and we can’t be more happier we kept going didn’t give up and didn’t give in to having a professional to come in I know one thing we probably wouldn’t try this on our own again but then again it’s us and we like to try things for ourselves before going out and getting help but I would definitely tell anyone thinking to get this entertainment center, if you are a beginner in installing things this product may not be for you if your not into doing big projects but if you are adventurous and you think you can do it go for it. The product definitely comes out amazing in the end and it’s so beautiful once it’s all together we are so happy we decided to tackle this. And to top it all off customer service is really amazing They really care about their customers and that makes the experience of getting this fireplace/ entertainment center worth it.

I have nothing but good things to say about the seller and the product. The fireplace arrived quickly and packaged very well. The instructions were clear and assembly easy as long as you followed the directions. Once it was assembled everything worked great with the exception of the remote. We reached out to customer service and they got back with us within the same day and said they were sending a new remote. It arrived quickly but did not fix the issue. We recontacted them and went through some troubleshooting and it was determined the issues was not the remote, it must be the receiver within the fireplace unit. They replaced the fireplace unit without hesitation. We installed it in the cabinet and everything worked great, including the remote. A+++++ company to deal with!!!

I gave it a 4 star because now that it's together it's super pretty but it was hard to get it to this point. This is not easy to put together partly because of the cheap fake wood they use. We will not be able to move this thing without it breaking. I really expected better quality for how much I paid. The fire place piece is super nice and it has great colors. Also don't follow the instructions on how to put the LEDs ...they tell you to put them on the back of the fire place. You need to feed them through the holes on either cabinet space and stick it to the top for the LEDs to shine on the cabinet space. Not the back of the fireplace. The heat works and only two parts of the wood was damaged in transit. We of course didn't see that until we were half way done so we will live with it. Still disappointed for the quality.

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I assembled this fireplace TV stand in about 3 hours, and it was totally worth the time! The instructions were clear, and all the parts were well-labeled. Once it was all put together, we were blown away by how beautiful it looks in our living room. The 3-sided glass design is stunning, and the flame colors are so relaxing — we love switching them depending on the mood. The overall look is modern, cozy, and elegant. It instantly became the centerpiece of our home, and we get compliments on it all the time. We absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their space!

The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks of owning this piece of furniture with a 3D fireplace.... seems to be doing great. We bought the largest one because we have an 85" TV. The delivery came sooner than expected. However, when we unpacked all the pieces we noticed a few had damage. Unfortunately the damage was on the outer sides where they can be seen. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they were very responsive and rectified the issue. Thank you seller. We knew putting this unit together was going to take some time, after reading some reviews. We started at 12:30 p.m. and finished at 8:30 p.m. Yes, it took us 8 hours. I (the husband) am pretty good with tools and putting things together. My wife is the best assistant. And it still took us that long. The instructions are great. There's just a lot to do. Again this is the largest size. There was a lot of packaging material to throw away too. We had to take a trip to the trash dump. Our overall review; this item is a very good solid piece of furniture that looks great and it does the job. The ONLY reason we gave it 4 stars was due to the damage it had. However, the seller was very responsive and helped us out. I would recommend this item for someone that is looking for an ideal wall electric fireplace.
