The media could not be loaded. Let's start with the fact that they were punctual with the delivery, I received two boxes, they arrived in good condition. I was able to put it together by myself in two hours. I loved it, it's what I was looking for, and although I was afraid because there were no reviews yet, I took the risk and now I'm happy I did. The quality of the wood is excellent; every part fits perfect and the heater works well. Feel in love with this media console when I saw it on Amazon. I took a big risk considering it only had a couple of reviews. Unfortunately had so many issues when we were building it. Doors weren’t flushing in openings, fireplace was missing L brackets to mount in the opening, the stand was incredibly difficult to built. After about 4 hrs in a contacted seller requested L brackets to be sent amongst other things. I will say the seller was incredibly understanding and deserves 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is simply due to us not wanting the product anymore as we were dissatisfied with how it was going to look. Overall the seller offered great customer service and always got back to me when I reached out. ... show more
