Love it, very easy to set up if you follow the very well written instructions. One tiny issue is length of the cord for the LED light was not the same, one was a bit short but it still worked out fine I just had to mount them a little close under the middle instead of more towards the left and right sides. However I love it and definitely recommend, its strong and sturdy. Sorry the pic I took has the lights off but they work lol.

One of the best purchases I made! It brings so much ambiance to my place. Putting it together wasn’t so hard. However my friend didn’t pay attention to the job at hand which was READ THE DIRECTIONS FROM FRONT PAGE TO BACK PAGE. We would have known it comes in two packages. The desk first, the fire place comes second. Had me write the seller a not so nice message. Which I sincerely apologize for because of our ignorance. However! The directions were mostly clear and you do need to have your own tools to put it together. Once finished the heat is very strong and hot. So it will definitely heat the area it’s in. The colors are bomb and you can change the flame colors too. That’s my favorite part. The only thing I did not care for is the type of remote it has. It does not fit the esthetic of the stand but minor issue. Overall, I love It.

EDIT: The seller responded to my issues and genuinely seems to care about their customers. They seem to take pride in giving customers the best possible experience as well as stand behind making improvements when necessary. My original review is below. ORIGINAL: Assembly starts with the larger box and is surprisingly easy. It took two mechanically challenged people 3 hours to complete, 1 of which involved only one person. The instructions are mostly straightforward and only a few pieces provided a small challenge. It appears we received an updated model. Despite the common issue with the light strips, I still risked the integrity of one, by readjusting it during assembly. So far the glue is holding. Cons: - My biggest concern is the packing materials. There were tiny, shiny threads believed to be fiberglass all over the contents of the main box, which caused my husband's hands to itch and burn. His reaction went away after we started wiping everything down (and constantly vacuuming the prep area to avoid potential injury to our dog later). - The fireplace seems a bit risky as far as safety is concerned. The screws holding the unit in place are tiny, and the glass just sits in place. I'd feel better with clamps, clips, or hooks of some kind to prevent injury or breakage. - Despite receiving an updated model, both sets of instructions were included. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. I will have to update after more time has passed to comment better on longevity and energy usage.

It’s a beautiful console. First box came open and taped up. Looks like it was dropped. Call the company and they sent me a new box. I was able to put it together by myself. I only needed help for the last part.
