this is the best engineered structure for a green house on the market i am a state code enforcement official and inspector . this is heavy duty construction and easy to set up. the panels slide in a grove NOT pinned to the side like the others on the market. it will hold up well in a wind storm, also the grove keeps the wind and water out. my delivery came , and the box 2 and 3 were ripped open by the shipper. and some parts were missing due to the rough handling by the shipper. i contacted the seller and in a few hours they replaced the items and i got them in 2 days, vary honest people here . vary caring and helpful. so if you want a structure that will last decades this is the one to buy. the price is vary good for what you will get in top quality. and service, now up and running over 7 months now with a heater and hydroponic equipment we have vegetables all winter long heavy snow was no problem vary good quality and super fast service vary honest and caring folks here BUT last night we had a large HAIL storm and the panels were damaged along with several car wind shields and siding on the house so i contacted the seller to see if i can purchase the panels to fix it before winter, i hope they do have them to purchase separately as i am VARY happy with the greenhouse. UP DATE INFORMATION.. E MAILED THE SELLER 14 HOURS AGO AND [ THE REPLACEMENT PANELS ARE ON THE WAY I ACTUALY HAVE TRACKING ON THEM !!! YOU CAN NOT GET BETTER SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER SELLER.. for those that gave disturbing reviews now that you have them up and using the green house re do your review as you finally found out that the directions are good and you just had to get in tune with how the first section is connected and then the rest is just continue to do the same. we had 0ver 3 feet of heavy snow at one time and still with the heater had lots of vegetables to get us trough the winter months. with the small ceramic heater it held 60 degrees during 20 degrees outside at night.

The media could not be loaded. Hundreds of tiny parts. Poor manual. Note. Some of the drawings are profiles of the extrusions. Do not start to put up the panels if there is wind. They will blow everywhere. Tight tolerances. I put it in 3/8 minus. Not a good idea. A flat concrete pad is what I would do. I did some modifications. The gutters do not fit in the extrusion. I ground down the lips to fit better in the channel. Poor design. Hard to tighten captive bolts that fall out at times. Great customer service. As you can tell my wife won’t leave the greenhouse aka La Fortaleza. I would tentatively recommend it but beware it is not easy to assemble. Very sturdy once built.

It’s a nice looking greenhouse but it’s missing a few parts and the building instructions are very difficult to understand and part numbers are missed labeled and construction is out of order

My husband and I are "can do, hands on " experienced DIYer's. We have taken on the loving restoration of a 122 year old house, and made it happen, so we're not rubes. Plus my husband is an experienced mechanic, patient, fearless and quite simply, a brilliant and dear man. Now, having said all that, putting together this greenhouse was difficult at best. The directions were ridiculous. You got pictures and very little worded explanation. It was literally one step forward and three steps back. A few "must do's" : Take the time to sit quietly and read ( look at pictures) through every bit of the directions. Then, do it again. Open the boxes and make sure all pictured parts are there. Organize them into piles and keep straight. Do not be in a hurry. The directions actually stated that this would take 220 minutes to assemble. That is hilarious. Try to enjoy the humor of that statement. Wait for at least three days of nice weather to assemble this beast. DO NOT attempt if the wind is scheduled to howl and blow. Just don't. Be CERTAIN that your site is level. If it isn't, there will be grief, extreme grief in getting the parts to fit and line up correctly. Do not tighten ( with an impact wrench) all bolts until it is all assembled. If you follow these silly directions, you will find out why. You WILL have to loosen and re-do because the directions will not have illustrated that there needed to be an extra bolt to put a bracket up here or there. This was what was truly frustrating for us. Sliding bolts into channels and making sure there are enough to get support brackets in place four or five pages later was completely aggravating. Installing the gutters is absolutely horrible. They seem to be the one item that pulls this big Chinese puzzle together and they are a huge pain in the butt to get on the structure. Much pounding with a rubber hammer and cussing is involved. A few tears of frustration will also happen. The doors are another level of silliness as well. You must get the clearances on the track wheels perfect or they simply will not move. You must also have excellent, perfect alignment of the door frame to get them to work properly. All of this is nearly unachievable due to the fact that the directions are hideously unclear. The vent windows are also less than fabulous. They merely rest in the frames, no way to secure them inside to keep them from flapping up if the wind gets up. They do, however ventilate the greenhouse nicely. "SIGH" I've made myself tired all over again from just reviewing this greenhouse. It is together and in my garden, I still have hope that it will be sturdy and stay together, because I am an optimist at heart. I just find it a terrible shame that in the USA, one cannot afford to buy the lumber to stick build a greenhouse now like we did in the past at our other house, but you can buy a cheap, made-in-China kit to bedevil and frustrate you to bits. Live and learn. We will see how this eventually turns out, I suppose. As stated earlier, not for the faint of heart. * Edited for customer service response* I got a very unexpected and heartfelt customer response from these folks which made me feel better and only because of the hope that they will be amend their instructions. The greenhouse is still up and is functional but as stated in my review, there needs to be a few tweaks to make it totally worth the money. I wish them nothing but success and good will.
