The Pressure-assisted siphon jet action worked great for a full month, several phone conversations with manufacturers failed to remedy the problem (water turns and turns without disposing even the toilet paper) i am considering replacing the siphon with good old fashion gravity type.

This product is awesome, so far. I've only had it installed for 1 week at this writing. I received it within the stated time frame. It was easy to install. My hookups did not quite match up so I had to do a little modifying but it wasn't hard. I did not use the recommended gasket because of all the problems I saw in the reviews, instead I used a reinforced wax ring. Seals great with no leaks. The flush takes a little getting used to. It is kind of loud but from my research the flush on all the jet assisted flush toilets is loud. I haven't had any blockages and it keeps the bowl wonerfully clean and fresh. If I run into any problems in the future I will update this review. ... show more

Took 3 tries to get one that wasn't cracked but my seller (cheaper faucets) was great in sending replacements promptly and keeping me informed. Only toilet that was able to make my plumbing project come true - my waste line comes in parallel with my basement floor, and this toilet enabled me to do away with the raised platform basement bathroom. Combined with a sanishower pump, my entire basement bathroom sits flat on the ground. Toilet flushes well and looks good. A little intense when you flush it (sounds like an airplane) but it does the job. ... show more

This was a replacement for my old original toilet, This toilet arrived well packed which was a major concerned and arrived super fast. It has a pressure flush tank and works flawlessly, the flusher lever also is well created and will last a long time.

The first toilet I ordered came in several pieces on account of poor packaging. The most delicate part of the toilet bowl has no cushioning whatsoever. The second one was fine except upon attempted installation I found that several parts were missing. I was able to run out and buy parts that got the bowl in place and ready for the tank install. The tank install should be the easy part, unfortunately, the bowl to tank gasket that comes with the toilet is not correctly sized. You have two options: 1. Tighten the bolts all the way down until something snaps, or 2. Tighten the bolts down until it becomes difficult to turn them anymore, but the tank will wobble freely. I went out and bought a different gasket that was smaller and it worked perfectly. In summation, this is a horrible product. For something so expensive, you would not only expect the bare minimum of having the correct parts, but it should also include a seat as well as the neoprene gasket that is required for the drain hook-up. This was literally the only rear-outlet toilet that would have passed inspection for the bathroom I was installing it in, otherwise I would have returned it and gone with another brand.
