Description explicitly said wax ring would be included, it was not. Be prepared to make a trip to your local orange or blue big box.

This toilet comes in 4 boxes to your house. The bottom part is pretty heavy to tote in the house. I like the oval toilets. Seems like there is more room to sit and do your business more comfortably. It comes with all the parts you need to install it. I like the power flush option it comes with. Nothing worse than doing your business and you business just swirling around and around and never going down. Hopefully this last for a good long time. ... show more

    • No-flush flushing, poor quality
The flush on this toilet is anemic, at best; there is no "swirl," so most of the bowl is not cleaned. To add to the issue, the surface on the bowl is apparently not smooth. Everything sticks to it, and I have to brush clean it every day. We will be replacing it.
