I needed a right hand flush which limited my options. When I found this one I thought that it was a little pricey but based on the reviews I decided to go for it. A very good decision on my part. As good as the product was, it was exceeded by the exceptional customer service. During installation I discovered that the tank was shattered. I dreaded calling customer service, but to my utter surprise my call was answered by a very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional representative. After checking to determine if a replacement tank was available (no questions asked), the representative verified my shipping information and informed me that I should have the replacement within one to two weeks. Within a week the replacement tank was delivered. What could have turned into a turned into a pleasant example of exceptional customer service. We bought 2 to replace old toilets. So far everything is working properly. Tge reason for less stars. They have a lot of plastic in both the bowl and tank and toilet seat. Hopefully they will last. Didn't realize they would be mostly plastic material. They are sturdy so far.

First off, I thought I was ordering a round toilet. The one I got was elongated. But it came with a ROUND seat! WTF?! Also, it came with two packages of caps instead of caps and BOLTS like it was supposed to. Such a fail!

The toilet arrived in 2 parts, double boxed with great, recyclable package cushioning. Nonetheless, the bowl arrived cracked. I called American Standard customer service and had a great experience. It was the easiest replacement process I've ever had. Thank you.

This toilet is high which is perfect and has a narrow profile that fits in my bathroom so well so I have more floor small. Dual flush is brisk. You need to purchase your own seat. I’m purchasing 2 more for my other home
