Doesn’t fit
I was replacing an American standard elongated toilet lid. On the backside of the lid it is at least 2 inches slimmer than the previous lids are, does not cover the whole toilet bowl.

Nice slow close seat with lousy bolts
The seat itself is great. The color is perfect. Slow closing is wonderful. Quick release is a very useful feature. The specialty plastic bolts are awful. They keep falling off with limited use. It's really annoying. I'm going to switch them for another set of plastic bolts to make an otherwise good product work as it should. UPDATE: This seat's quick-release design is brilliant. You can remove the whole seat, wash it, then pop it back on. I may buy additional seats for that feature only. Also, switching out the bolts made all the difference.

Perfect fit and finish, nice and light
I like it better then the heavy wooden one this replaced, it's thin and light and closes slowly but is also sturdy. Also finish seems like it's easier to clean but time will tell

Mounting assembly UNSTABLE
The mounting screws and locking bolts constantly become loose and many times I fine the bolts have fallen off resulting in the seat twisting.

Comfortable, perfect match, longevity remains to be seen.
We had to replace this seat after a family member cracked it while standing on it to reach the cabinet above. This one doesn’t look any sturdier than the original, so don’t make that mistake! I love the self-closing feature (no more noisy clanking) but wish the manufacturer would have used sturdier attachments where the seat attaches to the tank. I’m not sure how long these ones will last and am a little hesitant to over-crank them for fear of them breaking off. We were able to secure the seat tight enough to not slip around after a few tries, I’m just unsure about the longevity.

Good product.
Perfect color for our bathroom. Wanted an ivory or off white shade. This is fine. Had some problem installing. Needed to tighten several times more so the seat wouldn't slide, but stays in place now. We installed it over a week ago and it's been fine since.
