    • No glaze under the rim, hard to clean.
We bought two of these, very easy to install. Easy to carry upstairs, comes with 2 sections. Bowl and tank. The reason we didn't give them 5 star was that under the rim where the water comes out for the flush, it was NOT glazed! And oh my goodness, do I have to scrub all around there with a different brush, then wipe it several times with a large wad of TP. Why the heck didn't they put the glaze there, like our older toilets, which were so easy to clean. I am wondering if this is a design flaw, or just to cheapen up the manufacturing process. Do the men, the engineers, every have to clean a toilet? Do they ever get down on their knees with a mirror like I did when these were pretty new and I found that I could not get them as clean? Grandma has to get down on my knees in the bathrooms, and scrub with a different brush to do the job which was quick and easy in the older days. ... show more
