Great toilet. One thing to watch out for, depending on who is selling it and who is shipping it, is it might arrive broken into many pieces, as mine did. But Amazon made it right in no time. What a wonderful idea!! This was so perfect for the place I needed it. No issues with install. Fit well. Looks great. Comfortable height. Sturdy. The only comment would be that the flush handle scrapes the wall. I needed the handle versus the push button on top because the button can be hard for seniors to push. However, the placement of the handle causes it to sometimes get stuck in the flush position and the water runs. Otherwise, very pleased. ... show more

Great product. Our other bathroom had this product in a different color. This product came damaged. Unfortunately it smashed in transit, but the company was super helpful and immediately sent us a replacement.

* No indication that I could find on the webpage that the seat is not included. * Seats aren't cheap: $30-50 (for plastic?!) * Not apparent from the toilet webpage or seat webpages which seats would fit this particular toilet. Aggravating. Final note (bad news, good news): * First shipment arrived with bowl shattered. Initially had trouble connecting with the seller (I emailed the address provided for damage claims twice, no response; not sure why; can't rule out error on my end), but I was then able to connect through Amazon). * Once connected, seller was relatively prompt (a few days) in getting a replacement sent.
