Excellent addition to our basement fun area. Grandkids love the game. Checked other venders and this was the best price. A little difficult to assemble but understandable due to the size.

Assembly was simple enough, just took a long time. Works well so far. Only minor complaint is it's kind of difficult to follow the prompts for two players.

I brought the SkeeBall that was $300+ and unpacked it the day it arrived. I immediately packed it and returned it. I began looking and ordered this one. It arrived today. HUGE difference. No comparison in quality. The other was dollar store and this is so much better. My young adult son put it together tonight in about two and a half hours. I can give five stars because I didn’t put it together. My son? Well it’s too early haha. There were two screws that were so frustrating to him and we just skipped those but made sure it was secured with all the others. I purchased this for our beach AirBnb. I would do it again. I will say that the balls it came with were warped and not round. I don’t even know how they looked the way they did. Luckily I had purchased spares. Hopefully customer service replaces them. If you’re looking for an exciting game and quality product, I think you’ll be glad you chose this one. I wish I had just gone with this in the first place and saved time because it was a pain repacking and returning the first one. I will update if I have problems over time- I haven’t experienced their customer service but I hope they will be there if I have any issues in the future. I believe this will last quite a while.

I have been looking for some games to put in pour family room for my teenage kids, but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars. This came in a large box and required assembly. The box was very heavy (used a dolly to move it.) It has a lot of pieces but was fairly easy to assemble. We have had this now since Christmas and it looks and plays great.

My wife and I, both elderly, like to play with this device. We were looking for something to pass the time with, and when I saw this I thought "Why not!" It was on sale, so I ordered it, and I'm glad I did. Although the projected delivery date was over two weeks later, it was actually delivered nine days earlier than projected! The delivery men placed it right in our den, where we wanted it for unpacking. Unpacking was quite a job. The parts were all packed well with plenty of styrofoam, and all pieces were in good condition. I actually wanted to assembly it upstairs in our bonus room, so with our son's help, all pieces were carried upstairs and assembly began. There were 21 assembly steps, and I did many of them by myself, but had our son's help with some. Instructions were plain, with diagrams to follow....and it is very important to read and follow them very carefully. There was only one minor problem in assembly....pilot holes were on the wrong side of two small pieces. But I easily forced the screws into the right places, as the wood on those pieces was soft. Playing the game is fun....for all ages, as we discovered. The scoreboard does fine, with sound and lighting, but scorekeeping for two is a bit confusing, as pointed out in other reviews. All in all, it is a nice sturdy game, a bit smaller than the ones found in amusement parks, but large enough to be enjoyable. I do have problems with two matters, which is why I lowered my rating slightly: 1. The balls sometimes get stuck and don't return. Usually hitting the back of the machine makes them return. 2. There are no instructions for using the electronic controls. I could not get it to record the second player's score until I discovered it automatically goes to player 2 after 10 balls are thrown by player 1.
