We are happy with this purchase for our basement arcade. As previous reviews indicated it does take a while to put together. The instructions are easy to read and once assembled it was very sturdy. The family enjoyed this game along with the others we have. Quality for the price is very good as we didn't want to put too much money in this game. It works well and was a lot of fun!!!

My wife and I, both elderly, like to play with this device. We were looking for something to pass the time with, and when I saw this I thought "Why not!" It was on sale, so I ordered it, and I'm glad I did. Although the projected delivery date was over two weeks later, it was actually delivered nine days earlier than projected! The delivery men placed it right in our den, where we wanted it for unpacking. Unpacking was quite a job. The parts were all packed well with plenty of styrofoam, and all pieces were in good condition. I actually wanted to assembly it upstairs in our bonus room, so with our son's help, all pieces were carried upstairs and assembly began. There were 21 assembly steps, and I did many of them by myself, but had our son's help with some. Instructions were plain, with diagrams to follow....and it is very important to read and follow them very carefully. There was only one minor problem in assembly....pilot holes were on the wrong side of two small pieces. But I easily forced the screws into the right places, as the wood on those pieces was soft. Playing the game is fun....for all ages, as we discovered. The scoreboard does fine, with sound and lighting. All in all, it is a nice sturdy game, a bit smaller than the ones found in amusement parks, but large enough to be enjoyable. I do have problems with two matters, which is why I lowered my rating slightly: First, the balls sometimes get stuck and don't return. Usually hitting the back of the machine makes them return. Secondly, there are NO instructions for using the electronic controls. After considerable experimentation with the two buttons, I discovered: (1) Pushing the top button turns on the machine for one player, pushing it twice turns it on for two players; (2) Then pushing the bottom button starts the play, and the machine announces,"Player 1", and that player begins; (3) If two players, after the first player rolls 10 balls, the machine announces,"Player 2", and the second player rolls 10 balls, after which the game is over; (4) To turn off the game, push and hold the top button. I don't understand why this information was not included in the instructions.

Such a great piece to have, expect 2-3 hours of time to build it, we did use a drill (carefully) which saved us a bunch of time. Great quality pieces and easy to follow instructions.

A great product two years after assembly. It was a big hit at our Christmas Party. It is very loud. Don't tighten screws too much on the plexiglass. If balls get stuck or disappear, just pound on the back panel.

Kids love it. I bought this game for the kids in "my" church, they love it. So far it has been durable. Be carful about the size and the weigh: it not small nor light

The item is great. Instructions are somewhat confusing. I had to trim a few pieces to get them to fit properly. Make sure you or someone you know is handy in order to assemble. Game itself is a huge hit with the kids.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this game! Product came very fast and no damage whatsoever. Easy instructions to follow and assembly took around 2 hours using a drill with a Philips bit. Very solid build quality. The skee balls that come with the kit do have some casting edges that I used a razor blade to scrape flat. You could probably use a fine sand paper or maybe would wear flat with repeated use. I just wanted to smooth them right out the gate. Other than that I would highly recommend!
