One caution is that when it’s assembled and ready to flip over it CANNOT REST ON ITS LEGS (its side) BEFORE FINALLY FLIPPING OVER because the legs could fold on you. Once it is standing up ready to play it’s solid. Make sure you go around and double check to snug everything. Arrived so much quicker than I anticipated! Product arrived in good condition, and was easy to set up— took my husband and I maybe 20 minutes max. It’s not real wood— it’s more of a plastic or resin veneer if I had to guess, but it looks better than most of the air hockey tables at this price point. Works great, too! Beautiful table! Not an eyesore at all. Husband built it with minimal cursing. Had some issues with things not lining up well. We got this for our 6 and 8 year old girls. Its a great size for them, but also fun for my husband and I to play. The airflow is great and the lights turn on or off and are so fun. The main complaint is you cant get going too hard or fast on the puck or it flies off the table. It seems pretty sturdy and was well packaged upon arrival. My grandkids are having great fun with this table! Adults are too. The LED lights add a lot to the game experience. The quality is good and assembly was easy. One of the table legs had the holes drilled on the wrong side and non useable. Customer service was excellent. We had a replacement within a week or less. Definitely recommend. ... show more

Love this table. Purchased for our grandson. Only issue is that the light up puck was left on and now no longer works and you can’t purchase a replacement. I have checked with the company and just tried ordering something similar online and they don’t make them which is unfortunate as he enjoyed paying air hockey with the lights off and the take and puck lite up. Overall, we're really happy with this air hockey table. The box is large, as you'd expect, so you'll want an extra person to help move the box around. Assembly was straightforward and took less than 30 minutes for the two of us. Again, I'd have two people for assembly because you'll need to flip the table over when it's done. The table feels sturdy, and the electronic scoring is really fun, with crowd noise, horns sounding, and cheers when you score. The LED lights look great and add a fun dimension. We’ve had this setup for less than 24-hours. Incredibly disappointed in how cheap and thin the edging is. It came with damage on the edging in multiple places - some larger than others. But, it’s also already ripped in multiple places. For $600+, I don’t expect real wood. But I at least expect something that will hold up fairly well to daily play. This is essentially MDF wrapped in tissue paper. I’m scratching my head right now trying to think of ways to protect the edges on this entire table top. UPDATE: I reached out to the company, which the Escalade Sports brochure told us to do if there is damage. I was told that I would have to send it back to Amazon for a refund because they don't house the cabinet. I have to pack this thing back up 15 days before Christmas, get it sent off to Amazon and hope I can get my Amazon refund taken care of - so that I can order my kids another one before Christmas Day. ... show more
