These punch through regular office paper like butter with beautiful, clean cuts. However, I bought them to use on card stock, and they will NOT punch through card stock. Additionally, they don't have a cover on the bottom to catch the tiny cut-out pieces, so you need to hold the punch and paper over something to avoid them hitting the floor.

Great little hole punches that can serve a lot of different use cases. We used them to mark event tickets, and it was just fine. They feel on the 'cheaper' side, but at this price point I fully expected it. They did what they needed to do though! One word of warning...these do not have any sort of 'punch' catcher -- so you will end up with little paper shapes all over the place when you're done.

I wanted to use them for watercolor bookmarks, but the dies don’t go through the paper, they only go through copy paper. And even that paper is hard. My grand daughter used them on regular paper and had a hard pushing through.
