I chose this because some comments mentioned it was small. It’s a tad too large and too stiff for my back and neck. It’s well made and soft. There is no factory or warehouse smell. I appreciate that I can remove some filling to fit my comfort level. I’m still playing around with this. I need to remove more filling.

Very pleased with this purchase. I vacillated on making this purchase because there are many pillows that are similar but I wanted something that looked expensive and high quality since I wanted to use them in our TV Room and Primary Bedroom on our bed and wanted to make sure they looked fancy. When I first took them out of the package they were SO tiny. You need to "work" the filling pretty aggressively to fluff them up, but they WILL fluff up within 24 hours - part of this process is natural and part of it needs a human touch. I am laying. on one of the two pillows right now and they are both incredible. I purchased both a medium and a large. I love the medium for sitting up straight and the large for lounging but the large is perfect for my husband who is 6'2" and 200 lbs. He loves it too. Very happy I splurged and spent the extra money on these!!! MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!

This is the best purchase in a long time! I have chronic joint issues and I needed the arm, back, and neck support easily whether on a couch or in bed. This is absolutely perfect. I'm 5'7, 145'lbs and the medium is perfect for me. I struggle to get pillows situated just right, especially when I have a joint out of place and doing it one handed, and it is a luxury to easily pick it up in one swoop with the handle. It fits me and my bed perfectly! Kids can use it as a gaming chair too and we might not lose the remotes because of the pockets. Highly recommend!

The instructions for this says it could take up to 24 hours to totally resume It’s form because of it being vacuum sealed. I took it out shook it really good. Set it in the living room 30 maybe 40 minutes later I went over to touch it and it’s hard in other words. It seems like it’s already to go. It’s got its form all the way was really quick. I love it.
