Item was easy to build and it works out great for my preteen. The only negatives are that the nuts/bolts were a bit rusty and headboard is a bit wiggly. All nuts and bolts have been tightened, but it still wiggles.

This bed frame/headboard arrived very well packaged - plenty of padding inside the box. There were a couple of minor scratches, but both were in places that will never be seen. The side rails of the headboard were bent, but I was able to easily straighten them out with a hammer and some wood blocks. (I'm a 68 year-old female, so it didn't take a lot of strength!) All pieces were in the package, and there was one extra of each piece of hardware. Everything went together very nicely and according to the instructions. I assembled the frame by myself with no issues at all. I'm very pleased with the strength and appearance of the finished product! ... show more

Had to return the first Twin bed, as it was missing parts, and was paying someone to set up for me. I returned for a replacement..when someone else came to set up the bed, they searched for all the parts, but still didnt match up, after watching the video, while holding the instructions and comparing the 2, ( video/ instructions) he noticed that company or seller put up wrong video, that video was for a larger bed, not a twin. So far, I like this bed for the price, I just didnt think I'd have to pay so much to set it up, using 2 different people for the job. Okay, so we ordered this in October and it arrived all bent out of shape as you see in the pictures, we requested replacement parts and they sent out another bed with no added cost to me...now keep in mind I had to stay on them and make sure it was being sent out. It is now December, and we have finally received the “parts/new bed” and have put it together (in picture). It was very simple and the directions were pretty straight forward. Hopefully you receive a bed in Good condition so you don’t have to go through all the trouble, but the company made up for it. ... show more
