This is a basic bench scraper/dough cutter. I think the quality is as good as the white handle kind we all know and love, and the added scale (ruler) on the blade actually comes in really handy. The grip is ok, a little slippery. It's great for transferring cut veggies to a pan etc.

works really well but be careful- it is a little sharp. I have been using a plastic bowl scraper to clean up my counter during sourdough coil fold/slap and folds but this is elite. it's also excellent when you need to separate the dough but be careful not to go too hard or you might scratch your counter. ... show more
