This was well worth it because you get two games who one it’s kind of like a relaxing game you get to make cute little characters you get to build your own home and help other characters within the game. I highly recommend this game. The picture quality is great. The game is easy to understand.

MySims was one of my favorite Wii games, so I was very excited to see a Switch port. Before buying this, I'd never played MySims Kingdom, which is a real shame because the game is great. I grew up with MySims Wii, and it was my favorite game growing up. I was a little worried that they would try to refurbish it too much or add features that would take away its nostalgic charm. But I was pleasantly surprised that nothing changed! I think they added some townies from the PC version, but other than that, it's identical. Same graphics, same gameplay, same everything. I've heard some complaints about the controls, but with it being on a different console, the controls are inevitably going to be different. They took a few minutes to get used to, but there's nothing actually wrong with the controls themselves. ... show more

This game is so much fun! I bought it cause I liked the SIM’s game I have on my laptop. It is VERY different though and took me a little bit to learn how to use this game. But it is a lot of fun as well and very entertaining.

I played the original MySims on the wii as a child and adored it. So when this port came out and showcased the game looking nearly identical to the original release, I immediately pre-ordered. What I received was exactly what was advertised: MySims now on the Switch, exactly as it was on the Wii. Overall, that's fantastic! Even the crunchy graphics were maintained, which I enjoy but can see someone else having been interested to see the game upscaled. It would have been interesting to see an optional mode with "improved" graphics like other ported titles have experimented with in the past few years. The trailers showcased animations with brighter palettes that would have been cool to see, but it felt clear to me that the game was going to remain the same as its original release visuals-wise. My one complaint is that the controls were ported to the switch, but they feel incredibly awkward to handle. It didn't feel like much of anything was done to adjust the controls to better work with the Switch's capabilities, which is a shame because I think there was definitely a way to do so. It does make it feel a little lazy, but two games for $30 being ported onto a completely different control system, it's not a death nail by any means. The Wii offers such a unique gameplay experience, so it's nice to see it port at all over to a handheld experience. ... show more

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas. She was extremely excited when she opened this gift and has played it a lot. She says it is a lot of fun and she really enjoys being able to build her own home and play her own characters and she has played Sims with me on the computer before. Due to this game being kid friendly, I don't have to worry about her being exposed to adult material like some of the regular sims games. I am pleased with this purchase and so is she. ... show more

Not much to review. I had the original on the Wii when it first came out. I do like that both kingdoms and my sides are combined. another boost is the fact that the graphics look a lot better than they did on the Wii (which says a lot because we all know how Nintendo can be). The packaging had holes all in it and the case was all busted and bent, at the top you can see where it looks like it was burnt and the wrapping was burned to the plastic. So I don't know if this happened where it came from or if it was the delivery person. The game is a great game for all the cozy game lovers out there! ... show more
