Almost everything was covered beautifully except the companies that we are getting our tv from. Since it didn't mention if it could mess with my Dish programming I was worried if I would mess it up or maybe disconnect from them. But it worked wonderfully. Written for a beginner. Thanks.

Even though I have already learned a lot of these things. I wish I could have known about this book when I first got my (first) Fire Stick. Tons of information here, for those new to a a Fire Stick, and those who don't go poking "under the hood" as I always do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone who is new to a Fire Stick, who isn't sure this is the right gadget for them, or those who have one and simply need help in understanding how it works. This is a good book for the owner of Amazon Fire TV stick, or a person contemplating the same. It will help you in so many areas. My biggest criticism is the area on Sling TV, which is literally a sales prep and users guide for that service. It's just ridiculous. By contrast, there is virtually nothing on problems setting up or maintaining the device, if you have wifi issues or other tech problems he is of no help. I found good, sound info with this booklet and have applied several suggestions to make my viewing easier. However, thid book did not address problem/fix solutions as much as I wanted. Overall, easy to read and understand by this non-techy person.
