Love this tablet!! Love the parental controls, that it comes with a yr of free Amazon kids which has TONS of things you can put on the tablet!! 2nd UPDATE: I had to change my rating to 5 stars because the tablet has been great since my last review update. No complaints at all. The sound quality isn't exceptional but for a little kid, it's more than good enough. It's easy for a parent to switch back and forth between kids and adult modes, which is nice. I would recommend to anyone else who buys this not to test it out until it's charged and has had a few hours to update or "warm up," if you will. I'm overall happy with the purchase. UPDATE: After charging the tablet to above 15%, it seems to be working much better. Apps will now load and I am able to download videos. Screen resolution is actually better than expected. I've decided to give this tablet a chance for a couple days before returning it. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 due to the fact it was initially extremely slow and unresponsive, which can lead many more people into thinking it's just not going to work. If it craps out again, I'll update my review accordingly. (Initial review)* I took a chance on this tablet after reading the reviews, thinking perhaps the people who left negative reviews just didn't know what they were doing. Turns out they were all right....this tablet is crap. It's incredibly slow and the apps don't respond when you try to open them or download a game/video. I'm sending it back today. Save yourself the same hassle and just buy an android tablet.

I like that it comes with their apps and parental controls already on it. The first couple of hours the tablet runs slow but that's only because it is setting up and downloading all the kids apps that you select during the setup process. It has great kids learning apps already on the home screen so you don't have to spend all day searching for the right ones. It's size is perfect for my 4 year old toddler and it is light weight with a durable foam cover to withstand the storm that can be my daughter. It has a good screen dimmer for night time so it won't hurt her eyes so overall you cannot find a better product for the price.

Good quality, perfect size and sturdy. I download games and movies for my toddler and then disconnect it from the wifi so she doesn't have access to the Internet since she is young. When you have it connected to the wifi, it is a bit of an adjustment to get used to the way it is set up. It's not like your regular android or apple tablet, it gives recommendations for new apps and shows on the home screen. However, once you disconnect from the wifi, the only thing on the home screen is the apps and movies that You've downloaded to it, making it much easier to navigate. The parental controls are my favorite part of this tablet. If my kid ever does connect to the wifi, she cannot download ANYTHING without me approving it on my phone through the app. I absolutely love this! The Internet can be a scary place for a young child and I didn't want her to have access to anything without my knowledge. It was also very easy to set up time limits on how long she can use it each day. I have hers set to only let her use it for 2 hours a day and turn off at 8pm. If her time is up or it hits 8pm, the tablet locks and shows a screen saying "times up!" When that happens, she knows it won't work again until the next day. The bumper case is a lot more protective than I'd have ever thought. She's dropped it, stepped on it and more. It's still in perfect condition. All in all I am very pleased with this device!

He loves his tablet but I noticed it lags sometimes! Like it’s buffering. It didn’t just start but I’ve been so busy with work and also 3 deaths back to back. I had to take a major part in planning all 3. I m not asking for pity or using excuses but I hope I’m still in my return/Exchange window. He loves the learning games and has so much fun on it! But I thought a better processor meant it wouldn’t lag more than a smaller processing system. The charger came with doesn’t even charge. It hasn’t from the start, but I’ve had another charger and it worked perfectly fine so we used that. Another thing I should have contacted immediately about so I understand it’s my fault! Hopefully Amazon will help still!!

Toddler has had for a few months now. Was tossed about roughly a few times since then. Still works great and the battery lasts forever! Purchased for a cruise to entertain 3yr old while in the room. Did the job just fine. Im happy that he cant get on youtube on it. I like the educational apps! Get it on sale and you probably won't be disappointed.
