I received the first sweater as a Christmas gift and liked it so well that I ordered a second one for myself. It fits perfectly for me. I'm short at 5'3 and the length is where I want it. For a tall person it might be a little short unless you like sweaters that length. It's not close fitting either. There's plenty of room to wear a shirt underneath. On me it's about 4 inches below the waist. The pattern is nice; but, what I like about it most is the softness & warmth without being bulky. I ordered the orange at a greatly reduced price. I couldn't pass it up. It's a soft orange (not bright) Almost like a light orange. The other one I was given as a gift was the coffee brown and it's like a chocolate brown and very flattering. I would recommend this sweater to my family & friends.

Based on reviews I wasn’t expecting to like this so much. It’s medium weight and soft. I wish the models would show the length and put the sleeves down to get a perspective. This is not a crop length on me. I’m 5’6 got a small. It’s also not real long , hits me on the upper part of the rear in the back. Love the color It’s a true orange but not too bright.

I was surprised how soft the material was. It’s not stiff (easy to fit your head through the neck) but it’s still thick enough that it’s not too stretchy either. A very happy medium to me. It’s slightly cropped for a boxy look. But not so cropped as to come up to high if you reach above your head. The arm length is perfect to me and the size is accurate.

I usually wear XL in Amazon brands, always when the items are described as "slim-fit," and even though people said this was boxy, I stupidly followed Amazon's guide that said "get XL." It's definitely way too wide (it actually folds in to the center of my body rather than draping normally) and the arms are very long, but with cuffs too loose to push up for a more blouson look... which is a bit strange since it has such a tight (cozy) crew neck. The sweater is also a bit short (and I am short waisted). It works with high waisted jeans, but if the intention was pretty-slouchy, I'd have preferred the sweater to cover my bottom. Overall, if I hadn't gotten this on super-sale, I probably would have returned it. Consider sizing down two sizes of you can live with the slightly cropped length. PS It doesn't shrink like some of the other reviewers indicated. One reviewer gave me hope, claiming that hers shank just enough in the wash, but I can't test that because my dryer no longer has heat. :/ Great for home, maybe errands, I was self-conscious at work though, and was constantly fighting the sleeves. If this same knit were offered in a more normal sweater cut, I'd buy it without qualms because it was so dense and warm (unlike all cotton) and not itchy (unlike wool)!

I ordered the orange in a Large, as I am 5'5" and 164 pounds (size 12). I got a beautiful sweater that was too big. It's exceptionally soft and I like the style and color, but It was huge. I couldn't do an even exchange as I got it on sale and would have paid twice as much to get the next size down... so I shrank it. I washed the sweater and put it in the dryer for 30 minutes. The sweater is a size smaller now and I love it. It didn't pill or lose its shape either. I think this is a great sweater. I just wish I had ordered a Medium the first time.

I got this sweater on sale for like $10, so it was totally worth it. I don't know how much it generally goes for, but it wouldn't be worth $30 to me. It is a bulky sweater, not the softest I've had but it is comfy. Mine is so big I have no idea of the stretchability of the fabric. It is definitely a nice addition to my collection of sweaters to throw on to hang out at home on a rainy day or go run errands. The red one was more orange than it appears in the picture and has a tiny bit of shimmer to it, but that's ok. I do get lots of compliments on the color.
