I bought a 31" chestnut brown. Nice fabric and quality! However, although the inseam (7") is correctly cut, it lands on the thigh shorter than my other 7" inseam shorts. So, what gives? I measured the length from the top edge to the bottom edge, and find that it's about 1" shorter!

I ordered three pair: one khaki, one navy and one grey. I followed the reviews and ordered one size larger. That worked out great for the khaki and navy, but the grey pair was true to size and had to be returned and ordered a smaller size. I am very happy with the shorts. My recommendation, like the other reviewers, is to order a size larger knowing some colors may be sized differently and have to be exchanged. ... show more

I normally do not consider myself as a candidate for "slim fit" anything but I thought, what the heck, there will be some stretch so I gave it a go. These fit great. I am a 34 waist and these fit just right. The bonus is that with the "slim fit" I didn't get the ballooning at the hips that I get in most pairs of shorts. These seem well made but not to heavy for hot weather. I will be ordering another pair or two. Update: I ordered another pair so up to three. These are great. Nice enough to wear out but rugged enough for working around the house. First pair has been through the wash a couple times and shows no fade or loose threads. Dont hesitate. ... show more

It’s not a super noticeable fit tightness compared to other shorts I have in this same size and style but I felt like these were just a bit smaller than the rest. Only “flaw” with them, great fit and color otherwise

The shorts are very good, no complaints. However, the zipper on the shorts does not move up and down smoothly. It gets stuck frequently, and I have to back it up to get it all the way down or up. Very annoying, but the shorts are very good.
