I love the Amazon Essential pants. I have gotten multiple colors and size combination for my son. He is very hard to find pants for. He used to need a 28x32! now he is a 31x34. I love that amazon has these! They are a great weight and quality material. The color has faded slightly but Hhe wears them at least twice a week so they are washed often. ... show more

    • Good, But They Arrive With A Lot of Wrinkles

Depending upon the pants, I generally like to order a size 33 or 34 inch waist. If the pants sit at the waist I normally get size 34, whereas if they sit below the waist I get size 33. These were advertised as sitting at the waist so I brought size 34. But, they were a bit large so I had to modify the waist to a 33. No problem with the inseam, it was spot on. The other issue is they came folded in a plastic bag with lots of wrinkles. I tried ironing them out without much success. I haven't washed them yet but I'm hoping some of the wrinkles will fall out when I do. Having said all of that, I really like the feel, color, and look of these pants. They look classic, not too skinny in the legs, not too big in the crotch area, and they seem to fit over my boots. I hope they are still around when I need another pair. ... show more

The image of these pants shows a 'slimish' leg fit. The actual fit is quite loose. I didn't want a slim fit but I didn't expect the leg fit to be quite this loose. Aside from that, the pants are stretchy and feel good on. Just wish the 'classic fit' would have been a little less baggy. Perhaps after a wash they'll draw in a little. I don't regret the purchase but I have considered trying the slim fit to see if they're somewhere in the middle? ... show more
