Like everyone says, it is gutsy to order a sofa online. I needed everyone's reviews in order to feel confident moving forward with the decision. This is the reason I am choosing to write this review. I needed help and I am passing it along. First of all, I love the color! I was worried about the color and swatches were not available. It is a little darker than the other (light colored) Stone and Beam couches on Amazon. It is a neutral medium tan color which goes with everything. It is exactly what I was hoping for. I picked this sofa because of the performance fabric. At Pottery Barn, it bumped the price 800.00 to get their performance fabric. Since I wanted a light colored sofa, it was critical that it could be cleaned easily. So far, the material has wiped clean. There hasn't been enough time nor accidents to fully test this statement, though. I will try to remember to update this review in several months. The sofa is on the firm side. We had a comfy squishy sofa before so this has been a big adjustment. It is comfortable just in a different way. My hope is that it will slowly relax and become less firm. But if it doesn't, it is still just fine. I was concerned about the thin arms, but they are well padded and are reasonably comfortable. The one thing that is kind of weird is that when someone gets up from having sat on the sofa, there is an indention which can last for a day. It makes the sofa look a little bit sloppy. I have decided to call it the "casual" look and be ok with it. The delivery of the sofa was perfect. Two men carried it in, took all the wrappers off, and were out the door in 10 minutes. All I had to do was screw in the legs. The couch is very sturdy and seems well constructed. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This sofa looks fantastic. It's a nice light blue grey. It's very comfortable and guests always comment on it. However it is not worth the price as there are feathers constantly coming out of it and there was some incomplete stitching on it when it arrived that continues to unravel. I expected much better quality for the price that I paid.

This was a first for me, I have never ordered a sofa online, but I trust Amazon. This sofa line is very well made, it's not a cheap sofa, love seat. Foot stools are perfect, wish had rollers but am going to order movers so it moves easier. Firm cushions but relaxed sit. Back reclines at a good angle. Delivery went excellant, guys were great. Only issue box was torn up corner of sofa has oil in it and a small year from being dragged. Have contacted customer service, will update when they call me back. But have bought lots of things from Amazon, they have a great return of replace program. Color is a beautiful grey\blue and fabric is so soft...love it.

Two delivery guys showed up. They could not get the couch inside the front door( even though I had someone take my old furniture of the same size out yesterday) and decided to force it against my railing. They scratched my railing post and knocked a photo of the wall on the other side of the stairs. I told them it would have to be removed from the box as I discovered that bringing it to the room of your choice does not mean removing the box. They had to take it back outside to take out of box, then after bringing the sofa and chair in the house, left. I took the chair out of the box, gathered up all the packaging stuff and took to my garage....only to find they left the box right in the middle of my drive way. Worst service ever. The couch is nice, beautiful color, firm but not uncomfortable.....Supportive is more like the feeling when I sit on it. Only had it for about an hour but other than the delivery nightmare, I am not unhappy at this point with this purchase. I tend to gravitate to soft comfortable furniture, however, this is very nice and will soften up to what I hope will be perfect. I think the price reflects the product at this point. Appears to be well made.

So about a year back, we came on to Amazon and bought an l shape sectional sofa. Sofa? Ha! It was a park bench with some fabric hung over it. Narrow and uncomfortable, broken within a year. So I was really kind of worried about coming here and trying again. I do tend to trust Amazon brands though. They get it wrong from time to time but sometimes they do very well too. This is a nice sofa. We have a tiny door, just under 30 inches wide and we got it in no problem. It's slightly firm, because it's new. But it's comfortable and soft feeling. I'm 6 feet tall and I can lie on it though the arms need cushions to be comfy. Main thing for me is that it isn't a narrow couch with a low back. It is neither. it feels deep and the back comes up just past my shoulders. I'm really happy, and shout out to the delivery driver who arrived a whole day early. That's pretty incredible with how everything is now that America has severe cooties. If this changes, if it's not as great as I think it is now, I will come back and let you know. At this price, in my opinion, this is brilliant. So happy. Updating*** Had this for a while now and we are still very happy. It's comfy and deep because of the slightly reclined seating position. And I just wanted to add that we have now bought another one. 6 out of 5 stars to this sofa Update... It has one downfall. You see the five cats who have overrun our home love it. There is no room for the people so we had to buy another. Of you are like us, you know... Nutters, then aim for a bigger sofa. But for normal families this is great.
