Overall I’m happy with this product. I got it on prime day for a killer deal. The item was well packaged. One of the tubes had rust (?) on it. But we didn’t need to use it so it wasn’t a big deal. My biggest complaint is that the screw holes on the mounting plate did not line up with the screw holes on the fixture. It took 45 minutes and a lot of finagling, a few curse words and we finally installed it. We ended up adding washers under the mounting plate between the ceiling and it. They’re hidden, but man it was a pain. Overall I’m pleased with how it looks, just never want to install it again. ... show more

I really wanted a drum pendant for my mudroom. I selected this item bc it was fairly priced and had a unique look with the gold prints hanging down. It spreads good light and was simple to assemble and hang.

The paint chipped easily and the parts screwed together crooked. after I got it installed it was totally cockeyed but with a little finesse we got it to appear straight. overall 4.5/10 it does look good but it was a hassle and has the candelabra style small light bulbs. ... show more

I had to order this same chandelier 3 times and only 1 of the times the lamp shade came out fine. The other two: bent lampshade, scratched metal. I’m starting to realize that even if the price is not that cheap, it still doesn’t mean it’ll arrive safely.

I received this as an open box purchase. It had 3 sets of instructions which some didn't even apply. The wiring is difficult to snake through the tube that connects the lamp to the ceiling.
