Update: Product description didnt match product. This product is for kittens. I do believe it would work well for kittens, but did not for my 15lb Maine Coon. Called Amazon Customer Service and they resolved the issue. They are supposedly working on updating product description. THANK YOU, AMAZON! **** I applied the topical solution exactly as directed by parting his hair and putting it on his skin. There was no decline in the number of fleas after the first application. I decided yesterday to apply a second dose seeing as he is almost 15lbs. Zero decline in fleas and he's scratching constantly and meowing. He's an indoor cat that got out once. Bedding was treated and still this product has NOT worked for me. I would ask for a refund, but I've used two applications. Maybe I got a bad batch. The title says it all. After trying the first batch and getting zero results, I washed the cats in dish soap (fastest way to get rid of the fleas on the body) and then used this on my cat. At the same time, I treated the whole house. I expected to see a few fleas a little later (on the assumption that the house treatment might've missed a few eggs) but thought the this product would take care of them. NOPE About a week after the whole-house treatment, we did see a few more fleas on the cats. I thought they'd die off in a day or so, which was the case when we had a flea issue in 2020 and used the pills instead of this junk. That DID NOT happen...instead of the fleas dying a day or so later, my sweet cats were scratching like h*ll again in no time. I had to do the dish soap bath all over again AND treat the whole house ALL OVER AGAIN. TL;DR - if you're able to, just skip this stuff. It's not worth the price, the hassle, or the delay in treating the fleas. Much better to go to the vet and get the pills. I wish I had done that first. ... show more

If you can grab this on sale it's a good buy and a good deal. It seems to work as well as Frontline and I trust the brand. The only issue is the price fluctuates and it's usually pretty high.

    • Not the best flea medicine
My cat is strictly indoors, so flea infestation is usually not an issue. I used this product as directed, but it only seems to work for two weeks then he is digging fleas again. You can only apply it every 30 days. The best thing about this product is the price.

I randomly got a HUGE flea infestation but I bought this and amazons flea collars to try and get rid of them Worked like a charm! Haven’t had a problem since then, it took about a day or so and they were gone!

A visiting cat infested my two cats with fleas. We tried everything, including a trip to the vet! This product knocked the fleas out when prescription strength could not.

Didn't work but you get what you pay for. I have NINE cats!! not only didn't they all get treasure l treated the same day, but they where flea dipped, flea combed and have flea collars. The collar are also a generic. So it was easy to apply, the quality sucks and it's ineffective to adult fleas don't waste they money like me. 2 stars are for the overnight delivery service ... show more
