    • Looks Great - but not the most comfortable...
We had a leather recliner in the corner of our family room, and it seemed like no one but my dad ever sat on it. And since we visit him more than the other way ‘round, when we did a bit of re-decorating, it was an easy to decision to replace the corner chair with this grey chair. It matches the room a little bit better. Our hardwood floors are quite dark, and so the contrast with lighter furniture makes a big difference in brightening up a room that the dark leather chair had really darkened. It is a nice chair for one person to sit, but I think the cushions probably need to be broken in a bit more, as I have to admit, it is not very comfortable at first. I am not sure if it will get more actual use as a chair than the other one, but at least I like the look of it better! Hopefully over time, the cushions soften up a bit. I added a decorative pillow and a blanket to make it look even more inviting (though I still gravitate towards “my” spot on the couch instead!). ... show more
