I do a lot of baking. It wasn't cost effective to buy the small bottles of yeast available at the grocery store. Gold SAF yeast is particularly recommended for sweeter breads but I use it for all my baking. It always rises well.

3/4 packages arrived in OK condition. One has compromised vacuum seal, which directly impacts the yeasts health and performance. Its not usable and I can’t return as a food product. Poor quality control and overpriced.

Came in unvacum, not vacuum sealed and seller told me that's the way it came to them. King auther baking says it has to be vacuum sealed to be good out of freezer. Would not refund my money 😒 Don't but from them!
