Taking a watercolor painting course and these are perfect. I wish I could buy smaller sets of each color…maybe a “blue set” or a green set” to replenish the collection. But the colors are spot on and the intensity fine.

These paints are great. The price is right. They'll last a long time. Some of the comments aren't the greatest. It's because people are new to watercolor painting. The beauty of watercolor tube paint, they're water-based. Lol You can put them on a plate and reactivate it with water, when ready for use. you're not wasting . don't worry about how thick they seem to be. the pigment is great. The less water you use, the more pigment paints will be. the more water, the less pigmented it will be. If your watercolors come out grainy look into better watercolor paper. ... show more

I decided to use strictly the box of paints for this project and was quite pleased with the results. I was happy that the paint does behave well when the paint dries in the palette and I used the next session. A great product for the price. I will continue to use.
