The media could not be loaded. Edit update: after I posted my review, the company reached out to me and sent me a new turner. I took the first one completely apart to find out why it was making that God awful nose. It turned out to be the metal rod grinding against the metal stand holding the cup. This is an easy fix for a great product. I hot glued a piece of felt to the stand and it provides a soft barrier between the two metals. I don’t know if this will hold up long term but so far so good. I have completed 4 tumblers with not a peep out of it since then. Maybe the company will add a barrier because of this post. Happy crafting! This is only my second time using this and now it’s making a weird noise. Getting worse and it’s rotating. A little disappointed by this. The first time I used it, you didn’t hear a thing. You don’t get enough glitter to do a cup. I’m pretty sure I could have made something for the same amount as I paid and it might have been better. ... show more

The practice cups were really helpful and wish I knew where to get more. Now I need one with multiple turners. Even though the turner makes noise, I’m still happy with it. This actually my SECOND turner like this! I liked it so much I wanted another one. My first one did start making noise after the first 3 or 4 uses, noise almost like the motor was struggling. It was the rod(pvc) turning against the metal piece in the middle (not motor) I contacted the company because I thought it was the motor to realize it wasn't, after contacting them they took care of the issue and added the black thing ( pictured, my 1st one doesn't have this). Overall I love this turner and the items that come with it(great starter) I'm glad to have this in my collection of 6 turners(two of them being this one). I would definitely by another one in the future! Easy to assemble and perfect for imited spaces! Buy this you won't be upset! I got this because its a bundle with lots of items, it even broguth a tumbler to practice on. loved that. it comes with a bit of glitter in several colors. the machine itself its very nice, it barely makes noise and turns beautifully. for a beginner this is perfect. the only not positive note was the resin. it said to mix 1:1 ratio, however it separated horribly and damaged my tumbler. I had some resin left that I had previously bought and had my tumbler almost ready, on my last coat I used the one from the bundle and it was horrible. other than this the bundle was an excelent buy. ... show more

    • Cut but needs to be fixed a little
It is a cut turner and is stable, however, the plastic tube turning on the metal makes an AWFUL sound. I had to put stuff between the tube and the metal because it is so loud. I even got a replacement wondering if it was just defective but the other one did it. It works fine, just makes those sounds so I had to fix it to keep it from continually happening. The kit is pretty nice. I love the silicone mat and the silicone brush. I like the mix cups and the two sizes of foam to hold the cup. The glitter is eh but that wasnt the main point of the kit for me anyway. ... show more
