Someday, these will surely rip or wear out beyond repair but after 3 autumn seasons and lots of use, here are 7 reasons I use these instead of big plastic bins or large, brown paper bags: 1. More environmentally friendly than paper bags. Because they’re so durable, I’ve saved using 100 or maybe even hundreds of large brown paper bags over just a few years. 2. Excellent durability. I’ve had these same 6 bins for 3 years. Over this time, they’ve not broken or ripped (behind a few unobtrusive small holes) and have no wires to hurt anyone. 3. Better capacity than plastic trash cans or brown paper bags without being too heavy. I have a lot of trees and I’d estimate these bins can hold about 4x as many leaves as a large brown paper leaf bag without wasting resources of these bags. 4. Easy to load with yard waste because they have much wider mouths than paper ones that are much more work to deal with. 5. Easy to handle by me or disposal truck team because they have two fabric handles in the top and one on the bottom or can be lifted. 6. Limited cost. I buy the bags once and don’t need to buy tons and tons of paper bags all the time. 7. Compact and easy to store. They take up much, much, much less space than if I were to have 10+ plastic bins in the 9 months of the year that I barely use them. My garage would be a mess if I needed to have so many bins, not to mention the added cost and environmental effect of more plastic in the world.

I recently purchased the GardenMate 2-Pack 132 Gallons Professional Reusable Garden Waste Bags and I am extremely impressed with their quality and functionality. These bags have proven to be an essential tool for managing yard waste and have made my gardening tasks much more efficient. First and foremost, the size of these garden waste bags is impressive. With a height and diameter of 34 inches, they provide ample space to accommodate a large amount of yard waste. Whether it's leaves, branches, or grass clippings, these bags can handle it all. The 132-gallon capacity ensures that I can tackle even the most demanding gardening projects without worrying about overflowing bags. One of the standout features of the GardenMate garden waste bags is their durability. The bags are made from high-quality, tear-resistant polypropylene fabric that can withstand heavy loads and rough handling. The double bottom adds an extra layer of strength and stability, preventing any potential leaks or tears. I have used these bags extensively and they have held up exceptionally well, showing no signs of wear and tear. Another aspect that sets these garden waste bags apart is their reusability. Unlike disposable bags, these bags can be used over and over again, making them an eco-friendly choice. The sturdy handles make it easy to transport the bags, even when they are filled to capacity. Additionally, the bags can be folded and stored compactly when not in use, saving valuable storage space. I also appreciate the versatility of these garden waste bags. They are not only suitable for yard waste, but also for other outdoor activities such as camping or picnics. The large capacity and durable construction make them ideal for storing and transporting various items. Overall, I highly recommend the GardenMate 2-Pack 132 Gallons Professional Reusable Garden Waste Bags to any gardener or outdoor enthusiast. Their generous size, durability, and reusability make them a valuable tool for managing yard waste. With these bags, you can efficiently and effectively handle your gardening tasks while minimizing waste and promoting sustainability.

For the price I paid, and all of the pine cones and sticks I’ve had to chunk in the bags, they hold up fairly well. There is one tear already in the bottom seam but that’s likely my fault since I have to drag the full bag along the ground to my disposal spot. They’ve come in handy for moving a few bags of soil and mulch as well.

Yes, I am Clutter Bug, indeed! I guess I love "stuff". I find "stuff" very useful, until it isn't anymore. Then I'm stuck with it, seemingly forever. Usually the problem is having something useful and handy to drop the clutter into, and keep it contained until the next step, which is usually trash or donate. Last night I had groceries delivered and right there I had a wide-mouth garden bag to catch the many grocery bags which I later took to the garage, turned over and dumped into the recycle container. Today I easily filled the bag with boxes from Amazon deliveries. The bag is sitting out of the way until I am ready to bring it down to the garage for the recycle bin. Each bag comes with a metal piece to thread through the rim of the bag so it stays open and balanced. I purchased a second set so I will have one in each room or area of the house, ready to separate items as my time and schedule permits. Of course I will not overload the bags or put undue pressure on them. Their important use for me is that they are lightweight, stay open, and allow me to corral many items until the next step. As they are flexible, I can easily reach in and separate items further, or pull out anything that is obviously too heavy I wish I'd know of these bags years ago when I was young enough to pickup leaves. I was missing the container every time. Picking up leaves now would be a snap! But this late in life I am using them for clearing out my house, and I can see a huge improvement already. It makes me feel good like, "I can do this after all!" If you are a clutter bug like me, and have a house full of "stuff", you may find you can clear out your house quickly and easily with the help of these garden bags. They stay clean and have a material you can wipe off. If you could say a garden bag is "good-looking", this is it!
