I purchased this as an alternative to the stock Apple cables, which are usually poor quality and break down relatively quickly after you first get them. I had tried other generic cables as substitutes, but had issues with those, as well. I’ve had this one since the pandemic and the only wear and tear since that time is pictured above with the rubber tearing a bit due to frequent handling. Otherwise, it works extremely well with my rapid charger and the length is adequate. I got a few more for my family members and extras for myself to use in the car and for travel.
