I love these containers. Sure you can put the vented Rubbermaid containers in the microwave with the lid on securely,. But the lids are so dang hard to take off. The Amazon basics are perfect for me.

Within one user the bottoms are foggy and looked scratched even though no utensils were used in the container. It is also so difficult to get all the snaps down. They just don't quite line up well. I splurged on this Tupperware and regret it 100%. This is the most I've ever spent on Tupperware. There really aren't that many usable pieces. (The tiny containers work for sauces I guess, but how often do you use sauce containers). ... show more
