Great heavy duty box spring. Comes in a box and easy to assemble, I did two of them in under a half hour and they are sturdy. Put them on the bed frame, perfect fit, through the mattress on top, job done.

The only reason I’m giving it any stars is because realistically it will work for what we need it for. However, I am slightly disappointed about the overall outcome. First off when I was assembling the metal frame One of the crossbars would not fit into the outer frame anchor. After trying to muscle it in for almost 10 minutes and swapping out crossbars to see if there was a size that would fit in that specific slot, I gave up and took out the plastic end cap and that gave me enough wiggle room to get the bar in place. Once it was fully assembled putting on the cover was even more of a headache. It does not fit Or even come close to fitting. After spending another 15 minutes, trying to figure out if I was just being stupid or reading the instructions wrong (which happened to actually be very simple to follow). I came to realize after reading multiple other reviews that it simply just did not fit. It looks like the cover was made for a full size mattress rather than a queen. So simply, I have a metal frame that will act as a boxspring, but have to figure out what to do about the cover. I Thought about taking it apart, packing it back up and sending it back to Amazon, however, it is a very large box and seeing that it should have taken me only 10 minutes to assemble, and in fact, took me closer to an hour, I figured I would just keep it. Especially since we have company coming in one week and we need a bed set up. Definitely the most disappointing amazon order to date. Updated: I updated my rating from two stars to three stars. I managed to say F it and go for stretching the zipper cover and if it ripped so be it, it’s useless if it’s not on there anyways. I had to slide the zipper all the way to the top of the corners and frame so that I had as much room to stretch the zipper as possible. And I did stretch it very slowly and very carefully as to try not to rip it, and I did manage to get it on Without damaging it . It is extremely snug which I’m assuming is the way they manufactured it but there absolutely should have been more guidance and instruction on how to put the cover on and how it’s supposed to fit. Because I like everyone else on here that had trouble getting the cover on assumed that it was just the incorrect size and if they try to stretch it, they would rip the plastic zipper.
