I have been using this product for approx. 2 months. This is my second order. I waited to give a review until I had time to see how the product works. I use this daily before applying my makeup. I love that it goes on smooth, and feels hydrating to the skin. I have noticed a visable reduction in the size of my pores as well as the texture of the skin. The tone of the skin also appears more even. One thing I really appreciate is that it goes on smoothly, and doesn't affect the application of my make up as some products get flaky and crack.

This product is similar to cervae retinol cream. I noticed clearer smoother skin when using it. I think it may be slightly less effective, but it's much more affordable and it gets the job done.

I had a jar of a different brand of retinol, only to find it really irritated my skin. This Amazon Basics brand, on the other hand, really seems to work well and goes on smoothly. Works nice, some reduction in wrinkles, but pump is terrible. I don't know if mine was defective or if I jumped on the struggle bus, but mine would not start pumping. I finally resorted to banging the product on the sink to get it to the product to the top and storing it upside down to get gravity to help out. I feel like this was doing the most on so many levels.

I've been using a pricier serum for a long time but when I saw this product and that is is like the higher end serum, I decided to give it a try. I've been using it for over a month now and it works just like the higher priced serum. The texture is light and it goes on my face with a smooth application. It has no scent to it. My skin feels smooth and looks good. It dries quickly and I use regular moisturizer on top of it. I haven't had any type of adverse reaction to it since I started using it. You don't need much, just about a pea size drop of it for your face. I will order this again.
