Short and rough boards
The boards are quite short and the file is for rough shaping. You'll need a different board to get a finished edge. They are ok especially for the price.

Sturdy
I would prefer to have greater difference between the sides. The grit is rough enough to quickly remove nail, but the other side should be fine enough to buff.

OK the grid isn’t as fine as other brands
This is a great little emery board. It has a fine grit on one side, and of course grits on the other. However, I was expecting to find grit to be more fine but product is perfectly acceptable.
