Works, but for how long?
Style: Without Hose
Haven’t hooked these up yet, but they are super cheap. I like the design, but I don’t know how long they will hold up to the 175 psi my air compressor runs at.

Nice Air Hose Reel
Style: Without Hose
Well made air hose reel. The coil spring strain relief allows for a tight radius turn without kinking. Recommended.

Easy install with one minor hitch (workaround described)
Style: Without Hose
Reel is well-constructed. Others have noted that the spacing of the mount points is a bit odd... it's not set up to mount directly on a stud on a wall, nor is it set up to mount on the wide side of a 2x4. I ended up mounting it on a square scrap of 3/4" plywood and the plywood is screwed top and bottom to the flat side of a 2x4. As others have also noted attaching the hose is quite a pain because the 3/8" female connector on the side of the reel is fix-mounted to the end of the connection to the air input feed. It really needs a coupling which can spin to attach the hose. I ended up using a quick connect which extends the connection by 3 to 4" and means the hose has to bend back into the reel beyond the round edge of the reel. I'll eventually find a better coupling. Overall a good ... show more

Easy to use, great for keeping the hose off the garage floor and driveway
Style: Without Hose
Love how this keeps my airhose off the floor and organized. Easy to use for both storing the airhose and also pulling out the airhose.

Air leaks around swivel.
Style: Without Hose
I purchased one of these, and unfortunately, it only lasted about two days before it started leaking air around the swivel. Very disappointing that it failed after such a short period of use. I expected much better quality and durability.

Threads failed after 1.5 years
Style: Without Hose
It lasted 1.5 years then the threads on the reel where the fitting screws in pulled out. Worked well until this failure.
