Easy to put up and waterproof, but tears easily and the locking mechanism of the poles were difficult to get down. We went camping and had a really bad storm. We were kept warm and dry but couldn’t get the tent down successfully as the poles “locked” up. Very difficult to take down.

This tent indeed was remarkably easy to set up. I was in it by myself for a day of car camping before a backpacking trip, and used it again in the same way after the backpacking trip. I had my pack set up already and didn't want to disturb it, so bought this tent to make life easier. It truly did! The materials were okay along the main part of the tent, the flooring was made of what looked like and IKEA bag, so not the most durable. The rain fly did keep me dry and was easy to put up. The stakes are terrible and will bend extremely easily. At my 2nd site, they would not go into the ground at all, so I used trees, the picnic table and even the fire pit to keep the tent in place. For the price it was well worth it due to the ease of use. Taking the tent down was not as easy as setting it up. Due to the rain on both days of taking it down, I did not fold it up properly, but once I got home and cleaned it off and let it dry, it was much easier and I was able to get it back into the bag... with a little bit of prying... ... show more

As the title says this is the best tent I have ever owned. I will never go back to a non instant tent after using this one. It so easy to set up and take down all in less than 5 minutes. The tent itself is amazing quality, with well sealed seams and well water proofed fabric. Past instant tents I found to be heavy, this is not. I found it light weight.     • The floor and the walls rip if you stare at them hard

Cheap crap. We've used this tent on two camping trips this summer. About 4 days each . Both times in standard campsites, and there's holes in the floor and the walls already. Also, it's a huge tent and there's only two little pockets inside, great that it's roomy but it would be great if there was about six pockets for everybody's little things they need to have by their beds. May have to return mine we went camping 4 days worked great but poles didn't want to collapse had to tie down to roof to get home lol. Wipers work great went up in a minute very easy setup. Windows worked great. Divider would bem better if zipper on but it worked well. Fought it is I give it 5 stars. Just hope if I spray some silicone on the legs they collapse lol.. Will update when I do my next trip if it collapses will be different terrain . I wouldn't recommend this for snowy weather but perfect for other seasons (if rain don't forget spray guard will help repel. Tents atend to absorb water and rain inside otherwise) ... show more
